1 year life of MI product

So far I have purchased 3 product of Mi.
Mobile, MI band & recently purchased Smart Led TV. experience with Mobile & MI band is very worst. Mobile which i was using almost got dead on 366 days from my invoice date, finally I throw the mobile when customer care representative told that mother board of phone is faulty& representative told me to pay rs 4000 for pcb.same thing happened with Mi band which is not working on 363 days from date of invoice.

Do suggest on the resolution of Mi band which is under warranty

My Idea

Dear Xiomi,
I had an idea to promote your company. I had also used your Mi prodiucts like note4, note5 pro,4A etc.,
Xiomi introduced a new feature a few years back i.e., dual mode It was very nice feature and I suggested to elaborate it.

According to mine, this new feature should able to set two passwords when we enable dual user mode for example person1 and person2 are using a single phone.

When person2 unlocked this phone with his password system will redirected to user2 window on the phone.

According to my openion it should accept single sim per each and it is originally has dual sim network.

ROM/ Space should be divided in two equal parts and one should not be coincide or even to allow to see other person.
If any case a person shouldn't open his account for 90 days, data for that person, user will be collapsedor backing up to their account.

मैं अजय शर्मा अभी 4 महीने पहले एम आई का Y2 सेल फोन खरीदा था उसके सेंसर में प्रॉब्लम सेंसर काम नहीं कर रहा कर रहा है मैं माई कस्टमर केयर मैं संपर्क कर चुका हूं लेकिन मेरी समस्या का हल नहीं हुआ और मुझे यह कहकर वहां से टरका दिया गया कि अभी सेंसर अवेलेबल नहीं है और जैसे ही सेंसर अवेलेबल होगा तो आपको सूचित कर दिया जाएगा मैं कस्टमर में दो बार कॉल कर चुका हूं लेकिन अभी तक मुझे सेंसर अवेलेबल नहीं करवाया गया है तु मेरी सोच से मैं तो कहता हूं कि यह प्रोडक्ट अच्छा नहीं है

मैंने mi 49 pro लिया है लेकिन 15 दिन होने लगे अभी तक कंपनी से कोई भी नही आया इंस्टालेशन कराने । 3 बार mi केअर में कॉल भी किया लेकिन कुछ नही हुआ केअर में बात करते वक्त बोलते है 24hr में आपके पास हमारा बाँदा आजेगा लेकिन 15 दिन हो गए कोई नही आया ।अगर हम किसी और मेकेनिक से tv लगा लेंगे तो mi केअर वाले हमे ही दोसी ठहराएंगे। मैं तो सभी को यही कहूंगा कि mi कम्पनी की सर्विस सबसे बेकार है।
