Grievance Redressal
Level 1
Process to handle Customer Grievances
- You can register your complaint with Mobikwik Customer Support on the Help & Support portal
- If you face any fraud or scam email at fraudalerts [at] mobikwik [dot] com, complaints related to ‘fraud and risk assessment’ take longer time to investigate.
- They will response within 48 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 7 business days.
- For refunds issues, it may take 3-10 days to reflect money into the account.
Level 2
- You can escalate your complaint via call on 080-69808686 or email at grievance [at] mobikwik [dot] com.
- They will response within 24 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 5 business days.
Level 3
