Payment deducted but my order will not delivered
its have been fraud with me. i ordered double bed bedding set on monte carlo website and pay online 6939 rupees. but they did not deliver my order , and told me its wrong information , i have all bank transactions id . if company will not action on my concern , i will put on court case against company.
Discrepancy in trouser size
I am wearing your trousers since long time but never had an issue.My old trousers i am using are of 34 waist size but new trouser i bought of 34 waist size is very tight to me.. Also i measured old 34 nd new 34 waist, they are different by around 2 inches. How can it be possible. can u please guide me over this.

Complaint of salesman
I visit the showroom at VR punjab mall mohali. The salesman present there was very rude in talk and very disrespectful. He even did not pull out the cloth to show us and said that u can see it without ungather it.
Calculation of my order
Same is my cash. Where I could my raise the complain, I don't know.Even after 5 days their courier partner DELHIVERY could not delivered the item , where as my item is laying in my town PATNA.
Therefore, you are requested kindly cancelle my order and refund my money.

मैंने 15 दिन पहले एक जैकेट ख़रीदा...साइज नही आने की वजह से वापिस किया और उसकी जगह दूसरा जैकेट लिया लेकिन जो डिस्काउंट चल रहा है वो नही दिया गया और जो जैकेट वापिस दिया, उस वाला डिस्काउंट दिया गया जबकि बिल पर clearly लिख कर दिया है। ये मनमानी कैसे accept होगी।
