Short supply

I received only 10 capsules instead of 100 capsules on 12th april. Immediately wrote to customer service and they copy pasted ready made answer that, will sort ASAP. No action taken for more than 20 days. For my repeated queries, the same answers but different persons. Even wrote to grievance cell. She/he did not answer at all!. Such a big company and this type of service. Horrible experience.

The worst place ever to buy

The worst place ever to buy medicines from. Very unskilled and unprofessional customer service including the email department. They take forever to process your refund and when you call them about it you come to know after 16 days that your refund is still not initiated that too they are not aware of the exact amount of the refund and the customer service agents tell you to stay online and straight away hang up. Then u get an automated email saying Resolving your issues and answering your questions are our top priority, i am not sure if they have their priorities in order. I was told that i would get a detailed email about my refund within 24 to 48 hours which i didn't. So kindly hire some skilled labor to do your after sales services..... And give me my refund
