Internet not working

My nextra wifi not working, daily there is problem and one of my router not working since 20 days ..when I call to the person who fix the wifi then he said he will see tomorrow but tomorrow is not come till now ..Is this your service ..I am totally disappointed for your services.Please check my internet connection as soon as as possible..I am unable login in my company work
