Payment deducted but Fees unpaid for Manipal University Jaipur

I attempted to pay fees for Manipal University today i.e. 22Jul2024.The payment of Rs 80000.89 got deducted through Paytm UPI, but Fees remained UNPAID for Manipal University Jaipur.
Please resolve the payment issue as soon as possible.
