We were not allowed check-in. I was harassed with my family family all senior citizens for about two hours. I talked OYO customer care twice but the matter was not resolved. I paid the full amount of Rs. 1886/- on-line but not allowed check-in, rather they demanded all the money in cash and more than the agreed amount. Matter was reported to customer care, but to no effect. I had to book another property after lot of harassment. We had to forego all our planning at Madurai, as our time was wasted due to totally unwarranted system of OYO and the concerned. My booking ID for Viswa tower for 10 th November two rooms for five persons was DUQC8294. I have also not been refunded the amount which I paid. Total disgusting experience with OYO booking

Compensation advise

I have noticed that many of you are dissatisfied with oyo services even I have been fooled by these freaks. Finally I have received a solution through thelegalreserve.com . Poor condition of the room

I have booked a room at SARAVANAN Lodge from 5.11.2019 to 7.11.2019 at T.Nagar, Chennai. When I went there for check-in, to my shock and dismay, the room allotted to me was in very worst condition. It was alone in the topmost floor. It was the worst room, I have seen at Chennai. Unclean room with filthy atmosphere. The authorities have also advised me to not to book room through online. I had no other way except cancellation. I had lost one day's rent thanks to the cancellation policies. I had faced much trouble to book another room outside in the late hours of the day.

My submissions are as follows:

In the trust on OYO, I had booked a room. When it was not fit for stay, I had cancelled it. After much efforts, I had booked a room outside. I had faced mental agony besides loss of my hard earned money when there is no fault on my part

I hope OYO which is taking more customer care, will look into the matter and get my refund besides compensation for the mental agony.

DENIAL OF ROOM IN HOTEL SWASTIDEEPA IN KRISHNANAGAR.

I had booked the hotel swastideepa ,KRISHNANAGAR for 1 room on 06/11/19 through make my trip. On reaching their at 4.30 pm with my wife ( both senior citizen) , we were denied entry in room even on PRODUCTION of BOOKING confirmation document.The hotel authorities stated that they have no partner relationship with OYO.I contacted OYO on customer care no and the supervisor had a talk with hotel authorities but could not convince them. Then to my utter surprise , the supervisor all of a sudden told me the booking has been cancelled. I FELT anything like CHEATED. Having no other alternative because the hotel is 35 KM far from the town , I had to hire a room on PAYMENT of Rs 650.00 for which I am having receipt. Although my harassment can not be repaired by money , I would urge u to refund me the amount of Rs 650.00 paid by me immediately failing which I have to proceed further inthematter. i want my refund bcz before booking when i read that policy there is mentioned that u can cancel and refund ur amount..
but i cancel they change their policy.

actually they all are fake .....every member are lier either senior or junior..they told me that if u cancelled ur booking before 24 hr then ur refund initiate but i had a booking on same day then how i can cancel that before 24 hrs....its mean they all want ur money and nothing elsee....i file a complaint in online legal consumer court...they will deal with themm....they r rascals .....they know how to cheat people..that's all

Today I called that hotel for booking confirmation, they told they not accept the check in what I booked. Soo that my business meeting was cancelled., I nearly 20Lakh for cancellation of my booking . You guys are the reason of it. Soo you must be give penalty of tweenty percentage what I loss.. I want two lakhs of penalty form side. Give with in twenty four hrs. Or otherwise I'll take this issue On Hight court, im going to rise a complaint in Police station.

Money deducted hotel room is not booked

Refusal of rooms by Hotel managers after proper booking in OYO

Sir,
I planned a trip to Perambalur, Tamilnadu with my family on a pilgrimage visit. I Properly booked rooms for us in Perambalur through OYO. (Booking ID DEQY9873 at OYO 47176 AKN Residency, No.57, G, Trichy main road, Thuraimangalam, Perambalur district, Tamil nadu on 11th October to 13th October 2019. we have booked 2 suites. After proper booking we reached the hotel by 9.30 PM. whereas the hotel manager refused to give us rooms. He has not accepted the OYO booking. He told us to book the rooms directly with them, stating that they have cancelled their agreements with OYO 6 months back itself. Immediately I telephone to OYO customer care. They said sorry and arranged another hotel vide Booking ID FXLJ4751 at OYO 46204 at BB residency, 74, Sangu pettai, Venkatesapuram, Perambalur, Tamilnadu. We went there, Manager of that hotel also telling the same reason and rufused rooms for us. He asked more money that what I have booked. He is also telling that 6 months before they have cancelled their booking with OYO. This also I have reported to OYO telephonically. I with my family at late night were in dismay and hardship. We were literally on road with heavy confusion. But we managed an accommodation on our own and informed OYO through telephone. Things went like this whereas you were stating that I have cancelled the rooms and levied Rs.175 as penalty for non availing of rooms. Kindly look into the matter and cancell the penalty. Also see that these type of cancellations should not happen in future.

Very poor service in every aspects Booked the stay along with breakfast. There was not even a thing which went right during the whole stay. There was no water in the toilets Had to give repeated calls for that The desk was not even unapologetic about it and sounded irritated The staffThe place was totally understaffed After paying for the for a breakfast and many reminders a day before four bread slices where served along with sugar There where three people who where sleeping in the dining hall area The whole area was unkempt and not hygenicAnd above all the response to all our difficulties was pathetic There was not even any sorry or any efforts to do something The whole experience was even worse than a seedy lodge which charges you 400 rsWould not recommend this property to anyone If you can avoid it it would be the best

Horrible

Its really horrible experience.

We have travel all the way from Udupi to Hubli. The surprise, When we reached hotel. They refused to check in due to no power in hotel.

We checked in near by other hotel. We were carrying our languages.

Then what is the use of using your service?

This was first time I have used OYO app. First experience was horrible

Differential amount

Dear madam/sir
As per appended mail assurance was given by OYO for room no 204 that is not provided by the hotel.Room no 202 was provided by the hotel in place of room no 204,and the room no 202 was too dirty.
As per booking in OYO APP a deluxe room and breakfast would be provided by the hotel but that was not provided by hotel.not even not a single water bottle was provided by the hotel.
I have paid the charges for a deluxe room but a normal room was provided by the hotel .It was very bad experience.

Kindly reverse the differential amount in my account.
