Panasonic faulty product(ac 1.5 ton )

I purchased panasonic 1.5 ton split ac from patra electronics,bargarh on 18 th may 2024. They installed it on 19th. It was making some strange noise and on 20th it stopped working. I registerd for repairin on 22nd may and on 24th panadonuc checked it and found that indoor motor is faulty. They requested to replace the motor on the same day and its 3rd june when i nrarby contacted panasonic service centre they are telling that they have not received the parts. My whole summer went with out using ac due to panasonic faulty product. Do not ever buy panasonic cheap quality product

Dear Panasonic Team,

I have purchased Panasonic 1.5 ton AC 20 days ago, after installation of AC, water leakage problem started in indoor. After several complaints, an engineer came and said that the person who had installed the AC had done something wrong. He has fitted the drainpipe wrongly.
The overall result is that Panasonic company service is very bad , No proper response from the entire Panasonic team. I suggest everyone to please do not buy Panasonic electronic items.

Fraud case of service

Hi,
My mother called your agent named Ashwini Pal (6290145XXX) & (9073707XXX) to repair my Panasonic refrigerator. in kolkata(entally police station)
He completed the job and also said he can repair the air conditioner as well.
he took Rs 5000 online and took parts of ac promising he will repair it .
The transaction took place in kolkata on 6th July 2023, its been more than a month he has still not showed up.
I have intimated about this fraud in the local police station in entally too.
The police has reported the general diary and called him up to return the amount, till this date he has still not returned the money.

Please let me know if you have any idea about this fraud going on with your customers, if you do, then i will file a case against Panasonic too in few days. if this person is not inspected about this transaction .

Poor product quality

I purchased 42 inches smart TV in 2018 and only after 4 years TV screen is black out which shows poor quality of the product. It seems that product of Panasonic are not value for money and will never go for Panasonic product in future.

ac service and cooling issue

I am very upset and surprise to about service of panasonic.. my ac not completed one year and having cooling problem.

After so much followup and calls on one is responding and fixing the issue.

My humble request to all please dont buy panasonic product. there product and services are very bad. its just a wast of money. i spent 47000 rupees last year in ac and this year it just a fan.

I called service center people even so called area sales manager but either their numbers are out of service and not responding calls.

I have purchased a lcd tv of Panasonic but now it's speaker not working trying so many times at tollfree and via email but no response. They told me. Speaker is out of stock. The representative at Pataparganj service center is having no sense. How to talk to customers. Even she don't have basic idea about the tv.

I bought split air conditioner of panasonic on 7/4/2022 the pcb of AC got damaged after one year i complained then 7-8 days time was given that your pcb will be changed 7-8 days in this hot summer How can anyone live without AC, I am regretting taking Panasonic AC, such a bad quality, it did not work properly even for 1 year, my old Voltas AC is working very well for 8 years and yours got damaged in 1 year.

Difference between two Panasonic split ac models

Will you please email me or call me and let me know the detailed specifications of two of your split ac inverter airconditioners, particularly pointing out the differences? Is it necessary to use a voltage stabiliser ahead of such airconditioners? The models are-
