Check status of a refund

If your query is about the status of a refund initiated by you, you can resolve it yourself immediately by follow these steps :

  • Log-in to your PayU Biz panel.
  • Search the particular transaction with the help of the PayU ID/Transaction ID or any other details available.
  • Click on the transaction – the status would be 'Refunded'.
  • You can check the details of the refund (Date, Amount, ARN/RRN etc.) under the 'Action Taken' section.

To know the status of a particular transaction

To know the status of a particular transaction, kindly follow these steps :

  • Log-in to your PayU Biz panel.
  • Click on the drop down to view the options with the help of which the transaction can be searched.
  • Search the particular transaction with the help of the PayU ID/Transaction ID or any other details available.

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday).
