Defective sofa set
Seems Pepperfry is not interested in resolving issues anymore.There is no action taken beside sending people n not doing g anything. It is merely a harassment for us.
First, my 3 seater sofa is damaged, complained n after various follow-up n tech visits, took the sofa, kept for 10days in yor warehouse but to nothing....it is still damaged when returned.
The 2seater frame has a crack, due to which it's one leg looks broken.
We do not hv anything to sit on when we bght all our furniture fm Pepperfry trusting it's product.
Again following up with everyone fm Pepperfry but to no respite.
We do not need any more visits fm Pepperfry tech, we want it to be replaced or return our money back.
