Very bad experience with Vespa Service center, Trivandrum (Shivaji Motors). They initially quoted me 2500/- for the speedo meter cable and fuel level gauge. When I questioned, they immediately changed to 1800/-. Knowing the price, I told them that it won't be that much, I got a final quote of 1339/- I filled my fuel tank with the fuel of Rs. 600 and drove only less than 100 km at the time of giving it for the service. When I got the scooter back, very less fuel was left. I need to speak with the owner of the dealership. Could you please give me the contact of the owner? Vespa is a great scooter, but the service centers in Kerala are pathetic. And Vespa India can't do anything about that.

Sorry to inform you that I have noticed some unfair practice conducted by Piaggio Dealer's in Gujarat. Why the Piaggio Sales Official are unaware of that. I Wants to know about MRP selling Ex-Showroom Price, Insurance,RTO Charges & Any Extra Accessories charges.
Dealer's are Neglecting for Bi-forgated Quotation. Please Display Ex-Showroom Price List, Insurance & RTO Charges so that Customer are not Cheated.
Hope Piaggio Vehicles Pvt.Ltd will take necessary action.

I have purchased piaggio ape xtra ld on nov-2017,vehicle is running well but only problem is starting and battery.i replaced self starting kit but again alternater problem arised.authorised service point has lack of skilled manpower.so kindly provide service in all location with trained mechanic.

सर मेरे पास आपे पिग्गिओ है सर मैं इसके इंजन का काम दो बार सर्विस सेंटर में करा चुका हूं। एक बार ब्लॉक का काम हुआ और एक बार पूरे इंजन का काम हुआ है। पहली बार वारंटी में हुआ था। एवं दोबारा 12000 रुपये लगे थे। इसके बाद फिर 1 महीना बाद इंजन खराब हो गया। औऱ ऑटो अभी 14-15 महीने की हुई है। सर्विस सेन्टर में सही मिस्त्री न होने के कारण मेरे साथ लापरवाही पूर्वक काम किया जा रहा है। मैं बहुत परेशान हु सर कृपया मेरी मदद करे एक महीने से मेरी ऑटो सर्विस सेन्टर में खड़ी है। मैं दो बार कंप्लेन डाल चुका हूं मुझे कोई रिप्लाई नही मिला कृपया मेरी मदद करे।

Hi all.. I have purchased an ape city bs4 in chennai Tara motors. My 1st free service was done but my second free service wasn't done due to death in my family. I wasn't sure about the 2nd free service date. So I went to my native. When I came back found my auto had an issue in warranty coverage as well as in wheel bearing. When I checked with servicing Tara motors, they said that as the 2nd n 3rd wasnt done so u r out of warranty. Only 7000 kms was my auto ran. I need to have my auto under warranty. Whatever may be the charges for it i ll pay. Can anyone help me with this..??
