Pathetic costumer grevience

This is not expected with any international brand which even after paid insurence for tiles purchase and transportation not ready to address the grevience , not recommend to buy this tile

Delay in Supply of ordered tiles

We have ordered materials with your RAK Ceramics dealer in Chennai material was confirmed in the month of March 2022 and your dealer and company staff confirmed to deliver by March last week , and then postponed to April 14th and as on date today 1 may we have not received the ordered tiles and no information about the material , every time we call you they are providing silly excuses , no correct information is received ,accompany the companys schedule of delivery we have done the site preliminary work and waiting for your tile supply nearly 3000sqft exterior floor tile , please see to that we get the material at the earliest at site
