My credit card ending 6097 still remains active as I have received sms regarding Bill.payment while I was declined due to various reasons & reported initially without accepting & assured that My card will be closed within next 3 days but it still remains active.Kindly cancel it at earliest.and confirm. Similarly without using the card you’re chasing for payments.

My register mail id venuraj [dot] kommula [at] gmail [dot] com, Bajaj Rbl super card service is very worrest, because they offer me pre-approve credit card offer then i'll told them ok give me then after executive came to my address for verification, that person mentioned wrong address in system, and when i was put a request for correct address they're asking me with mail to my register mail id,which is address proof for kyc , iam send couple of times my address proof through my register mail id to concern mail id then they reply me as can't recognize your mail id this is not register mail id, iam literally shock when they replied as not register mail id then how you sending mails need address proof for kyc to which is my register mail id, 2nd thing is im getting these problems past one and off month, when i call to customer care service they( custcare tellicaller and supervisor also) given all are fraud information, finally i don't like this service im feel completely unsatisfied and irritated with Bajaj Rbl supercard service so people don't take this credit card service they doing crime only

Recieved a call from RBL bank
Hello I recieved a call from this number +919971024xxx. She said she is from RBL and offered me credit card and also she takeny PAN CARD number and date of birth. They address, as I said I am from Chandigarh, she said they offer credit card to NCR customers only and call was disconeected from their side.
Now I want to know whether RBL is offering credit card in NCR only and who this persons are, who are calling us for credit cards.
Problem for payment of loan emi through Internet banking

I have bajaj finserv rbl bank super card, and taken loan before two month.
My problem is when pay loan emi through ICICI Internet banking there is problem show that "uncorrected ifsc code", kindly give me correct ifsc code or other solution.

I am making regular calls to your call centers & they given request Ids, regarding this but there is no response from your side,
I really feel very bad impressions on your team & My number is 903xxxx452 as I dobt know my card number u can locate it with my mobile number.

Not able to do transaction from my card
Dear RBL team,
I recieved a credit card last month with a yearly charge of 2000. I got a statement of rs.2360 for annual charge. I already paid that. But I am not able to use my credit card yet every time I use it transaction got declined, don't know why. I already chasing customer care through mail or phone. I got no response from customer care on mail and your credit card IVR don't have option if I want to talk to a representative. This is very disappointing that a bank who claims that we a the fastest growing bank with such worse services for their customers.

Credit card rewards
I have renewed 9K rewards towards amazon vochars but given incorrect contact details (typo) due to overlook. It’s alost 2weeks I’m trying to reach and get it resolved but nothing materialised until now. Most of the tones cust care No is busy and even it connect, hard to get chance to speak with executive as IVR asks to enter DOB in DDMMYY format ending with # but not recognising my correct DOB(it says incorrect). Couple of days by mistake (not known/remembered how to got connnected and it’s not now)I able to reach executive twice but they are literally not in a position to resolve the issue and it seems, they don’t even have the control after redemption of CC points
I would strongly recommend not to opt RBL credit cards since I have very bad experience with regards to my above issue

Card not received
Hi All,
Would like to let you know that its been more than 1-2 months, I have not yet received my Credit card in hand, but I have received the Monthly statement for the same stating that I need to pay the xxx amount.
Not sure how this has happen because without receiving the card how I am being charged.
Please look into this or will have to take legal action to it.

Not closure of my SUPERCARD
The unpaid interest charges put by RBL is very high due to miscommunication. They don't send correct figures to repay. Afterwards they put so much fine. I am not interested to continue the card. So I repaid my dues as told by customer care executive. But after that also I informed that some extra amount to be paid. While enquire, they told the executive missed the GST amount. 10 days gone my card is not closed.kindly help me to close my card.

Grievences not entertained
Hi team
Due to my good credit score i had received RBL credit card through Bajaj Finance.
I had made timely payment of the same in the near by rbl bank drop box.
But the cheque were misplaced leading to RBL charging me unnecessary late fee charges and interest.
I had continuosly called the customer care everytime leading to new procedure to waive off the late fee and interest only resulting to more delay and add on charges. There was no investigation to the fact whether the chq was really dropped or not and customer really lying or there is some issue with the concerned branch and lately I was asked to pay entire late fee after one month.
Also my statements are been sent to wrong address that too after due date and after continuous follow up with call center till date not received single statement in my hand to see the bifercation of charges.
I had also mailed my complaint to supercardservices [at] rblbank [dot] com on advice of customer care person but after one week received replied that my complaint will not be entertained as my e-mail id is not registered. Neither are they ready to upate e-mail id till payment is done.
So basically there is every sign of non cordination with the customer.
Earlier I received so many calls from RBL to take their credit card and now when I took the one they are not even bothered to ear and sort out the grievence.
My credit rating can be rechecked andmy grievence should be treated accordingly
I have decided to give away my card but still expect to receive deserved support from your team.

Recently I received 1 credit card from RBL bank due to my Bajaj Finserve eligibilty.
My old records were good with bajaj so RBL offered me a credit card.
Today I received a message stating to pay 588.00 Rs with a due date of 12 mar.
I dont know why i received this message when I have not used the card yet.
If this is the case than please cancel my credit card.
My number is 922xxxx548 as I dobt know my card number u can locate it with my mobile number.
Plz cancel my card as dont want this unnecessary charges to be paid.
