Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1:

• If you have any Query/Complaint,then you can contact your nearest Branch Manager.
• It will take 7 working days to resolve your complaint.

Level 2

• If your complaint is not solved within a period of 7 days, then you can contact to the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer:
