worst service experience -Hridaan Motors
Still not resolved... mail conversation is going with nothing.
Approached Hridaan motors service center at Chinchwad to service my TB350 bike. Some parts are not available and need to be ordered. Ordered parts are
not reached to service center even after 1month also. Service manager said, my bike is out of production so, couldn’t get the spares.
Wasting of customer time. No job card done on time( approx. 1hr even got appointment)
Long process for small work(untrained/uncontrolled workers(seen all RE service center)
No professional trained workers.
Every time facing same bad experience that the poor response from everyone in the service center(entry to exit). Untrained employees.

Hello, i have been facing vibration issues with my meteor after last free servicing, numerous visits to the workshop have yeilded no results, they say it's normal, but i have been riding it for one and a half year, i know how it was before and how it is now. My registration no is ML 05 V 9730.i was a proud owner of this machine but now i am thinking of selling it. Please suggest
Bad service
Hello i was a very proud owner of meteor 350,i used to admire it from the balcony all the time, but after my last free service my bike has been constantly vibrating, have been to the workshop many times, but after chain tightening, etc they say it's alright, but i know it's not alright, it's about to be two years i have been riding the bike,so I know how it was before the last servicing. Will go to the workshop one last time ,if the problem is not resolved, i will simply sell it and buy another company bike

I having a Meteor 350 having a complaint of Battery Symbol on instrument cluster, This Complaint has not been solved from January 2022. On this problem I have visited the service center many times and stranded on road many times and after serviceing placed a test for 4days for a trial. And I have changed the 8 fuse (Charging to battery). This many times visiting a service center is shame for me as a Royal Enfield owner Literally I have no words to say. I was standing on a road with my family with this problem.
That was the First time I felt so sad to buy a Royal Enfield.

my bullet , bearing reg no. KL58 AA 8312 was garaged at Sharpline automotive, after an accident in June 2020. even after repeated enquiries and follow ups, they have not yet started the repair works. permission to change the chassis was also received from RTO and handed over to the service centre in September 2020.more than 6 months have lapsed and my bike is still in garage.
i request urgent solution in my matter, since no body from Sharpline automotive is responding properly on my grievance.

I purchase a bike on 7 Mach 2020 and only after few days l m facing so much problems in this bike like problem in break,salfe,engine,battery etc...and than I call to the customer Care and he transfer my call to the dealership G.R.Motor chas(bokaro)from where i purchase this bike,but i don't get any response that time and after one month he respond on my call and told me that,OK sir we repair your bike and after one week you take your bike in good condition but after the service only after one or two week I m facing the same problem again and now a really frustrated with your service and I don't want this bike please take your bike and refund my money back or you have to exchange this bike.
Royal Enfield CLASSIC -Gun metal gray/ Fuel tank corroded
Fuel tank got corroded and the vehicle is under warranty. But in showroom they refused to accept my complaint. I was approached three Royal enfield showrooms(coimbatore bullman, Erode motors and Gobi Eagle motor) but, none of them provided me the solution. I am completely disappointed with the quality and customer service of Royal enfield.

Re classic gunmetal grey carburettor complaint
I have purchased Royal enfield classic 350 gunmetal grey bs4 in the month of May 2018 from Roverz Motors karunagappally,Kollam, Kerala. After completing 3000km(second service) i have noticed my carburettor has burning because of petrol leak from it. Then i complainted on the service center(Roverz Motors) in the 3rd service and they said it's because of some washers in it and they just cleaned it by cheating us and said they fixed it but after some days the carburettor started to turn it's colour to black(started burning).After 4th service the bike started to show missing on running then i have recomplainted it on the service centre and they have fixed it by cleaning but they not changed the carburettor and cheabut now it's started missing and turn off on running then it's shows like a bike without fuel.So please do the needful for replacing the carburettor as soon as possible.
Sub Standard Side Mirrors
I have purchased classic 350 CC in the month of Apr 2019. Vehicle has completed his second service in the month of Jul 2019. After second service side mirrors internal coating got damaged and developed dark black spot on both mirrors. Please reply why its coating got damaged in a short duration. Vehicle of so good quality and accessories of this sub standard not at all accepted. And also do needful to replace the mirrors.

1. This is regarding Mr. Narsing one of your executive working in Royal Enfield Showroom/ Service Centre, H No. 37/93/212, Opaco Complex Neredmet , Madhura Nagar Colony , Ramakrishnapuram, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500056.
2. Many a times i have called him regarding CSD prices and for other detail on bikes, he just dont know anything about bikes, he makes excuses and replies that he will call back in few mins, he neither calls back nor lifts the call when we call, and from few days he asks someone else to lift the phone and he says that "Mr. Narsing is busy with customers, pl call back after some time", and this has happened many a times
3. Sorry to say this if you have executives like this, then obviously we prefer and also prefer others to go to other showroom and have to respond on this kinda feedbacks.
4. Request you to take action on this and reply back.

बाइक ख़रीदने दूसरे दिन बाइक का chain spoacket टूट गया था बाइक ओनली 150km ही चली थी। ये 5th सर्विसिंग में अछि बाइक ले के गया और वह से बाइक खराब कर के हमे दे दी। rewa me ashish motors के द्वारा बहुत खराब सर्विस दी ज रहे है। बाइक बनाए के लिए दे के जाओ तो बाइक में जो समान नही लगते उसके पैसे भी जोड़ लेते है। बहुत खराब कंडीशन है। रीवा की।
In regarding poor response
I have purchased Royal Enfield Bullet Standard 350 in March 2018 from Mewla Maharjpur Faridabad showroom. After few days i got 2 problems in my bike. I heard irritable sound in handle. Beside this i have an issue of missing. On first service, i told about this problem in agency but they didn't do anything. After that i told in 2nd,3rd,4th service again... They always said we will fix this but they nothing do. Even on 5th service which was paid service again i told my problem, they charged me 100 rupees for cleaning carburetor with aome chemical. But again i am facing same problem with that. Really i am very disappointed with his service. That sound embarrassed me. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

Service regarding Issue
Dear Sir/Mam,
Today I write mail regarding my bike again gives issue and your service centre person check my bike and says no issue.
From last 1 year I am not satisfied from your service.
1. From last 3 month no jet pump available in your service centre manager says Jaycee Motors owner not purchase new pump, now latest update is new RM sir joined and he paid amount from his pocket and order jet pump. In this issue bike not clean properly after service.
2. From last 2 visit I speak your colleague my meter is not ok but he says meter is ok now tonight I am going for ride with rider friend to eat diner in Haveli and I saw my meter is not working.
3. I note every time in first visit no issue resolved by your service centre I don’t know why (most of the engg. say me sir please sale this bike and purchase new one ) Why should I purchase Royal Enfield .
4. One more important thing my meter changed few months ago and the old meter reading approx 10 to 11K and new meter reading approx 9 to 9500 but in your billing software its show may be 1 lakh to 12 lakh, regularly I request your manager please rectify the same but from last 2 months he says sir already email the same but no response.
5. From 2018 to all transaction is online from 10 Rs to infinity, but your store manager says me today please give me cash for tail light its cost 47 Rs. I suggest I will transfer he deny the same and says accounts department deny to this transaction. As per manager he says in Jaycee motors using old type of account which manage from hand written then he face problem for this transaction.
Mostly I check my last 2 to 3 bill payment is Rs 239.69 but he demands 240 Rs. most of the time I saw Costmer bills he do the same. 31 Paisa is not big amount but if you calculate daily 30 vehicles service , then total amount is 31*30=9.30Rs , 9.30*365=3394.50 Rs .
I am not interfere in accounts department and also not interested my point is what is the issue if I can transfer all amount directly to Account.
6. From last 2 to 3 months I regular face tick tick noise in rear Wheel but its resolved after my 2 to 3 visit.
Still No call received from Higher Department , may be higher department not see my mail.

It's been just 15 days since I have purchased RE SIGNALS 350 from "Kings Autoriders Baner-Pune" and in this span of 15 days I had to visit the showroom and service center 4 time due to one or the other problems.
1. On the day of delivery I found that the fuel tank has scratches on it and I had to replace it twice as the replaced tank also had color defects.
2. Unfortunately for showroom and fortunately for me I found PDI checklist which showroom need to ensure for quality before bike delivery was totally empty and no PDI check has been done before delivery.
3. On very 3rd day after purchasing bike the handle bar started shaking and I had to go to showroom again.This time after keeping bike in service center for around half a day I was called that bike is ready and I can take it back.
4. again after 2-3 days the handlebar started shaking and I had to go to service center for 3rd time in just 10 days, now this time I got he bike back and told that we have replaced the front wheel and the problem will not happen again.
5. just yesterday I got the bike back after changing the front wheel and today I found that handle bar is still shaking.
ALL I WANT TO KNOW FROM ROYAL ENFIELD THAT IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO THIS SHITTY PIECE OF METAL OR DO I NEED TO SELL IT TO SCRAPYARD???
Bogus and fraud royal enfield service centre
I have a royal Enfield desert storm 500 cc motorcycle which has done only 10000 kms and its engine has blown away despite of being serviced duly on time from authorised royal enfield service centre .
The service centre (shree mahadev agency noida )are bogus and fraud people who are very greedy and money hungry ,i would like to bring this in notice of RE head office that they indulge in all kinds of malpractices to satisfy their greed .they have replaced original parts of my bike with weared out parts of old bikes.
I would request you to please take action against them and help me out or else i will have to file a complaint with the consumer cell.
Problem in fork
Purchased bike on 23rd of may.Having problem in fork went to service centre 4 times. The mechanic are telling me that they could not find any problem. I said to them to open the for t bar and handle and make them checked fir customer satisfaction. Today they are telling there is problem in the front wheel
. And handling is not all ohk.

Problem with my brand new RE Himalayan
Bought my Himalayan, 2019 model from Marikar motors Trivandrum, Kerala on 18th january 2019. From the day of delivery onwards, it was just a burdain for me..the bike never stood on a PDI ramp, which was clear. No first aid kit, No cleaning process..nothing...somehow i managed my feelings on the delivery day. After riding it for almost 3-4 kms on a long stretch road, i was feeling pain on my arms., Which was due to bended T-Stem. It's clearly visible that the T-stem is out of harmony with the chassis. First "Free" service is over and they are not accepting the fact of bended T-Stem. And the "Free" service costed me around 1200 INR, in which they replaced semi synthetic engine oil with normal engine oil and the bike is running worst in its most. Chain adjusting, cleaning and lubing, according to RE doesn't comes under "General Service"..yes the chain is a distinctive part of a motorcycle which need additional care of 250INR every service

Dear Royal Enfield,
I had purchased the ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC BLACK, from ROYAL ENFIELD ERRAGADDA, HYDERABAD in OCT. Since that time I have been facing same problems of Low pickup and battery not functioning properly due to negligency of authorised service center.Please note below mentioned problems.
Pick-up:-
Byke doesn't run properly just after 10 days from purchase date . It vibrates above 40KPH speed and increase simultaneously to the speed. Gears doesn't insert properly. To resolve this problem, i took my bike to service Station, Sanath Nagar which is nearest to me just after twenty days from purchase for first free service and informed them same problem (invoice attached where problem stated by me can be checked). they did service and gave me my bike saying that "problem was with Clutch Plates and we have changed it it will be fine now". but i am not sure what they have done because just after ten days again same problem started and i managed for 1 week but i was stuck again and could not manage one day when i was driving so i called Road side assistance number (screenshot attached). Technician from road side assistance came and he informed me that problem is with Clutch plate and he just somehow adjusted it and asked me to take my bike again to service center. regarding same i informed to my service center also but due to some urgent work i had to go out of city so i was able to take my bike for service again after i return back and same time i took second free service as suggested by service center guys stating same problem. even i took again help of road side assistance to take my bike to service center on this day (attached screenshot). during second free service, service center denied to fix my problem free of cost saying that already bike is driven 1300KM so it cannot be replaced free. they charged me amount for the same problem which was even raised by me from day one and was not resolved due to their negligence. i have paid three thousands- for my second free service to replace again clutch plate. But the problem is still same and even after repair still it is not working and i am stuck since last 2 days when suddenly it got stopped . i called again road side assistance (image attached) and they dropped my vehicle to Ms Go Green royal enfield service center gachibowli as they said they cannot drop to nearest Service Station even i informed them that it is repaired just 1 week back from Sanath Nagar Service Station but they shown me that as per our RSA policy we will drop it to nearest service station only. i am just following up with Service Station Sanath Nagar and MS. Go Green Service Station but still my bike is not yet repaired till now and i am just roaming here and there to get it repaired. i want my amount which is charged during free service period and my bike to be repaired soon.
So please advise what should i do and to whom i should contact ?
i am blank and unable to decide the way forward as just within 3 months from purchase i took 3 times road side assistance, 2 free service i used, paid almost five thousands but still my same problem is not getting resolved. please advice on this.

I have classic 350 redditch red....before giving service my bike was in litte problem but after my 7th paid service my bike performance became more worst than before....actually am having problem of blocking while in driving also due to this i also faced one accident while over taking one container lorry because of sudden stop of vehicle...2 times i gave for same problem which is own showroom of royal enfield which is in omr road...but am really unhappy with them...problme not solved still now...i tell u guys stop buying royal enfield because its quality and performance totally waste ....i itself going to sell my bike.

Sakinaka showroom staff not helpful. I have to pay fine RTO as they stopped me twice now they have warned me not to use the bike or else they will cease my bike .was very excited with the new thunderbird x but scared to use it . Can someone please help me out .

I purchase new bike just 5-6 days old from Patna sukhmani motor but just after few days I found oil leakage problem. I visit 3-4 time to service center but they are just rambling customer without rectifying the fault.there behavior also not good with customer.
Please suggest what to do after facing these kind of problem.i spend 190, 000 just for crying.

I got dameged vehicle from showroom
I ordered bullet 350 standard from South west motorcorp India pvt ltd, kasaragod, kerala, India on 1 oct 20018 after delivery done on 13 Oct 2018 before reaching to my home i felt the bullet is going to right side and some Sound from 4th gear I informed to the showroom and they said vehicle's rim bend and front shock also damaged! For the sound they said it's normal and i asked to change my vehicle they didn't accept it . They are telling we will repair with the help of 2years of warranty. It is the fault of the sails department they could check the vehicle before delivery, but they didn't check. Now it's the 3rd day vehicle is in showroom, they told they are doing the maintenance and they changed the rim and all. So what should I do

I have a new Bullet 350 bike it ran away 3400 km I go to service center(Luha automotive ,mangavu ,Calicut,Kerala) for second servies they said it’s 360 chargeble, (cleaning cloths,oil for cleaning..etc). I already change parking lights and meter lights in my first service again I should paid them (why it’s not my mistake)
And they we nead service today you should booking 2 days before and they says when your coms.

Stupid service
I have bought a Redditch red RE machine last year (2017) October.... From the first day onwards it has bug which is not yet settled by authorised service station till now... I have visited them around 10 times for this issue in the last one year... And also I have completed all free services still now the bug is not settled....
The bug is nothing but whenever I water wash my machine or else it was in rain, there will be problem in running, means choking of engine.... It may choke for one day or around 30-50 kms and become normal .... If it rains heavily chokingwill be more and I was unable to ride the for 1 km too....
I used to tell the complaint in the service station and they to used do some stupid corrections and say that they have fix the issue, but on the very next day if I check , issue perist...
It's making me very hectic when I got struck on roads when machine got choked.....
I don't know what the hell they are servicing the vehicle,
I was wandering whether the workers know to service the machine or they are kept for just cleaning the machines.... From the last one year I didn't got any fruitful feedback from them for this issue...

I purchased Himalayan for my son on 20th September from Intrepid works Palakkad .On delivery they assured that there is 3 litres of fuel and u could refill at Palakkad which is about 5kms.But after 1km.the bike stopped.I thought it was mechanical problems but was due to shortage of fuel.I had to wait for 1hr.before getting sorting out.They have drained the fuel I think.Further they have not even checked the tyre pressure.This brought me great pain.Such irresponsible service

Complaint about defective bike
I have purchased a royal Enfield standard 350 cc bike on 11/09/2018 from Nangal motors Nangal . But I had very bad experience about quality of bike in one day only. Some bad and very loud noise like tik tik tik is coming from Engine. Which is very odd. I have cheked from workshop also . Other bikes are not showing the same noise . This bike has some problems in manufacturing. The company is not checking quality control before selling. I can not recommend others to purchase the royal Enfield . My problem can be resolved at earliest.

My bike has accident. Bike reach bye rsa van to service centre they tell me that bike is delivered u after 15 days . I have not any issue but after 18 days they don't reply I reached and talk to him then they tell me after 2 days. Sir after receiving bike they charged me 1500rs. When I say to want the bill they did not gave any bill. And my fuel tank also changed . And changed the hub of rear tyre. They put the old hub of other bike and say to me that every item is new . I trust royal Enfield but when open the rear wheel due to coming sound we get tha hub is old . The whole process is done by mr. Amit kumar supervisor of maindola royal Enfield aligarh uttar pradesh.
Kindly resolve my problem.

Substandard/Unsatisfactory quality (classic GUNMETAL GREY)
Dear Sir,
Having purchased classic 350 gunmetal grey in March 2018 from Swastik Motors Kudal Maharashtra, I am disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the product being substandard. Within 5 months of purchase my bike had to be towed 5 times due to breakdowns. Following is a summary of the same
1st Breakdown (within 15 days of purchase)
Engine seize
2nd breakdown (1 month from purchase)
Chain movement wobbly and not in straight line.
Rear tyre puncture. Fixed at SAINI motors Margao Goa.
Following which real wheel alignment problem started and also disc break getting stuck. (3rd breakdown)
Taken to SWASTIK motors Kudal by towing
Kept bike in their workshop for 10 days for repairs
4th breakdown (4 months from purchase)
Accelerator cable got cut. Replaced the same along with clutch cable.
5th breakdown (5 months from purchase)
Rear disc break gets stuck after about 25-30 km of riding. Need to keep the bike off for about 10 min for the breaks to cool and release following which the issue repeats again after 25 km. Issue solved by AUTO GUIDES RE showroom Panaji but only temporarily and the problem is repeating itself.
Till now I have spent around Rs 10000/- within 5 months of purchase of your product just because of horrible quality of product and bad/amateur / unskilled service o your service centers/showrooms specially SWASTIK MOTORS Kudal MAHARASHTRA
My life has been an agony due to purchase of RE gunmetal grey bike as i commute minimum of 140 km/day and will make sure to give exact and detailed reviews of the horrible quality and service too all my contacts who are thinking of buying your product. Also many of my friends and facing the same problem this particularly Classic 350 gunmetal grey model.

I haven't given quick service or solutions for my issue's Regarding Metering Speed, Handling Issue, and Average Problem. From one of your agency Ram Motors of Nerul. I got solutions partly by your respective agencies in partly basis. But I still having problems with my Metering Speed. And I used to inform at Ram motors in Frequently. But they don't Even care about the Services or Customer view. I got the replies like- don't bring your vehicle we are not Responsible for it from manager (Mr.Jayshankar). And suggest to get your problem at our Chembur based cervise Station. And I get there on 12th June 2018. And I informed them with my problems with Vehicle. i.e speed metering. And at the time of recording of complaint on job card they accepted that bike is having speed issue and small steaches on fuel tank.
I got solutions with my respective problems but at that time of takeover of bike on 15th june 2018. And I found damage on tank.i immediately called to mr.dharmesh the advisor of you company but his number were switched off at that time after that I try to call on landline of your support desk but I don't recieve any response. I send the photograph's of the tank to the Mr.jaishankar but I was still haven't received any reply.i was frequently trying his no. But it's not connecting. After the 5 Days I reached there to get solutions on it they were claiming me only regarding the incident. I also said to recheck with their CCTV footage to get know about. But are continuesely ignoring my suggestion. and I got another problem with plugging and front brake. I talked Regarding this with mr.rana but this problem is occured just after the servicing. They were claiming that your vehicle is fit to drive then why this problems are coming frequently. It means your service stations are not enough to do instant and final solutions.they are not caring about satisfaction of customers and keep ignoring the problems of customers by sending them from one station to another. So please do the needful action on your service stations behaviour and sourt out my problem by replacement of tank.

1..Battery 4 times
2..Alternator
3..Charger
4..Winding
but still not able to resolve the problem. plz help on same.

Rejected bike sell
This is inform you that 4 month ago I have buy a royal enfield classic 350 double disc mat gray gun metal bike from jc motors Amritsar agency. But this was rejected bike. Too much vibrating in back wheel. I was shown at many royal enfield egency but all dealer said this was rejected bike. Now I want solution about same. Please do needful asap. Regards..
