Shadowfax rider pickup my AJIO product and marked unsuccessful
Shadowfax rider picked up my product along with OTP and took it. After a while he marked the status as pickup unsuccessful due to quality check failed and said he is having my product in his office. I don’t have their contact number(Tiruvallur office). If quality check failed he should return my product back but still not got my product back.
I have received wrong return
I dispatch 2 palazzos to customer and then i received return that product instead of my product and then i raised a ticket on meesho received wrong return but shadowfax telling me that they checked thqt product with the delivery partner. They confirmed that they picked up the right product during the return. But i did not received my product so i request you to please do investigate in this and provide me a proper resolution on it.

Regarding pickup
I have requested to pickup five items in ajio app. when the pickup person from shadowfax came,I received only one otp. He got the OTP and collected all the five items.
The same day after he went another person from other courier service called me and asked for the pickup.i said already a person from shadowfax collected it.he told, no these four products are allocated for me as you would have received four otps from our courier service.as he told I checked.and I was shocked to see I got otps from them .so the shadowfax pickup boy why did he collect the other items.and still ajio says that they are not responsible for that and they can't provide the refund.kindly solve this issue
Shadowfax Rider abusing and misbehaving
I ordered a product on Flipkart Recently, When it out for Delivery The Rider Not Agree to Provide DoorStep Delivery, He called me and told me to go About 5KM far way from my location and Accept This Delivery. I called Flipkart Customer Service and tell Them This Incident , No Doubt Flipkart Team is very Helpful , Flipkart Representative Told me That "We Raised A Complaint and You can Now Call to Him (Rider) and Inform him that we raised complaint against Him , if He Deliver This at door step then okay otherwise we will take further action". When did i call Him(Rider) He was Talking Very Rudely , also he was telling That "you Cannot do Anything , if You can Then do whatever You Want "
this Is not First time i ever experiencing This problem.

Before 15 days I ordered a Wire Protector from Flipkart It Was Prepaid order When its Come to Local Shadowfax office They Assign to a Rider (Delivery Boy) and marked it As Delivered in Flipkart (Nothing came to my hand ) no any call from Rider . Then I connect with Flipkart and tell Then This then they Arranged The refund from Seller .
Now Same Incidents I faced 3 Time .
Conclusion: I will suggest Every Ecommerce Platform Like (Flipkart, Amazon, etc ) Do not Deliver any product With these Logistics Agency Like (Shadow fax).
What I am Doing Now After Facing These Type of Problem.

This company needs to shut down. Not even worth 1 star. I'm having the same issue as yours. Whoever found this agency I'm gonna k1!! hem for sure . my courier has been late for 7 days .I tried to reach out to them .they are not even taking calls or responding to my mails .shadow fax is total bs

Your delivery man Avijit Dey (Mobile : 096746 99852) called up today morning (17th January 2023,Tuesday) to hand over a parcel of mine.As I was out for work and would not be able to receive it before 19th January 2023(Thursday),I asked him to hand it over to me on 19th January.He was extremely rude and misbehaved with me as well as my husband and asked us to cancel the order to which we denied.Is this a way to deal with a customer??Why would you hire such people??I would like to know the status of my parcel's delivery.

I have ordered from Meesho. The order was reached in Goa to Shadowfax technologies. The message came from Shadowfax technologies to click on d link. I click on d link n option came pay now so I paid d amount of Rs.182/- by Google pay on 6/9/2022. I thought after paying d same they wl deliver my order. On d next day I checked on d tracking ID of Shadowfax Technologies. They hve cancelled my order after paying the amount. There was no contact no. Of them with me. So i called Meesho they told me that refund wl be recived after 7 days. Today it is 10 days now. I have not received my refund amount. Kindly look into d matter.

I belong to j&k Sopore and i am a seller in mesho but recently i order a combo of hair dryer and straightener but after opening my parcel i get one product a dryer which was totally different (colour,size) and was seeing old so i call mesho office and they suggest me to return parcel i upload pics and videos of parcel in offical website. After 2 days my parcel pickup of my parcel updated and they call me for pickup of parcel the executive told me to come in different streets and i didn't mind and go there with my parcel when I reach there there was 2 persons and they said me to wait i was waiting there more than 30 minutes after that i said then to check my parcel i have to go it's urgent. Both suddenly start bulling me and abusing and told me that picture of parcel is different and this is different . Then i walk out from there and didn't not return my parcel on there offical tracking they write that she is unable to return. Take a strict action otherwise they will do such a big crime in future.

I contacted shadow fax customer care but I was told to contact the seller directly. But Kindly note that I had ordered two different sari (total quantity 6) from two different sellers. And i have received total 2 sari (1 from each seller). I believe two different sellers won't do same mistake.
So the mistake has been made from the delivery person end. Please look into the matter.

Returning was not taken,just making fault calls with computer saying something,nor any one was at door. Was tried contacting many times it is not connected saying check no. Contact later so on.very cheating. In April for one delivery amt was taken online was not paid to seller by shadow fax, now not taking returning pick up scheduled,messaging tried to contact after informing about April what happened.3 orders opening to puck up.
Like others have reported ,order have reached bangalore destination but not delivering nor showing further details or information four orders still pending ti be delivered. Have reported to ordered company too about cheating done.

Not getting delivery
It is 5 days passed still I am not getting my product. When I called the delivery guys, they are saying that they are on the way.. But end of the day they said my number is not reachable. But i called them 100 times and ask where are you. Now they block me. And i am not getting any status of the order now. I have never seen like this delivery guy in my life. Very worst service. And i try to reach them from the application but i am not getting any response from them.if they are not responsible then why they open such type of service. Better stop the things and do anything else whatever suitable for them. Still I don't know whether I will get my order or not... They don't try to understand how important the order for us.

He gave us only 1 and unfortunately my husband opened it already just the parcel bag not the product.. so when we are asking the other parcel he said you pay first and complain after.. we told him to check his bag maybe there is another bag because its written in the tracking that it is 2 qty.
