Its almost 5 days to book my parcel but it is still in courier center where booked and not dispatch yet, This was a "Medicine" to courier. Please do the work with priority...

This people r not delivering the courier at all. I asked why then he just make a note of non deliverable area and send it back. He force me to collect the courier from office so i denied that i can not come , he send it back. In Ahmedabad, Sarkhej area. This type of lazy and ego peole working here.

My courier came at delhi on 5th October only but not got the parcel till now. Whenever I call the given no. Or the parcel guy he says today will give today the guy is absent. Worst service indiscipline way to talking to customers no manners at all. Please requesting the owner to shut the company out or replace ur working pupil. Lodge my complaint as there are some important items which are needed on urgent basis.

It’s been 22days since shipment from Bangalore has started and I still haven’t received my package. Worst courier ever and no one in the company is taking responsibility and on top of that the shipment is urgent.

All tirupati franchise take. Gujarat to Maharashtra. 80 rs per kg. But this one taken. 150. Rs for 700 grm of byroad. Service. & When talk with brach manager he abuse me & said. Go & tell whom u want. I don't care.

Hi, need urgent assistance on this. It's been more than 10 days I have sent this parcel. On 29th sep'22. I am being chasing the guy from Sant Nagar branch but not getting any positive response. No clear information is being provided that where my parcel is and nothing is getting updated on the portal. Can you guys please help me with this issue or provide me any other escalation step that needs to be taken.
I am really disappointed with the service as no clarity is there and noone is ready to take responsibility. Sant Nagar East of Kailash office guy is not updating anything I told him multiple times to give me heads-up he never ever provided any information i have to call every time myself to check and still no luck with any information. Please help else I have to reach out to social network profile on twitter and other if not resolved.

I had couriered on 27/12/2021, today it is 30/12/2021 still my courier has not reached at destination called the odhav tirupati office but the Executive told we cannot deliver the courier as by mistake transfering to nikol tirupati office it is received to Odhav office. Inspite of their mistake he refused to deliver the courier today.

My courier was sent from Sanand seven days ago (by Shri Tirupati Courier), today after seven days the courier has not reached the address I sent (Noida), if I talk at Sanand (Shri Tirupati Courier) people will reply That courier is reported missing on a flight from Delhi to Noida, while the last center in the tracking of Mr. Tirupati courier is Sanand.
So what should I do ??? This is what a courier service does.

This one of the worst service i have never experienced in my life.. Even if we were in an emergency they won't concern about people service and again they blaming us back.i have been using this address since 1 year even smaller courier service were given proper delivery but these guys are very negligence people and they won't contact you and they won't provide you proper numbers also. I have been trying to call them but the call went to wrong persons again if we ask them they will simply we need to back track them this is how these people are servicing i won't recommend this.. They won't contact us and they won't come us also. Don't trust on these people
