Shipping/Delivery

• For Domestic Orders, order is delivered within 5-7 days from the day of order confirmation.
• For International Orders, product is delivered within 7-21 days outside India from the day
  of order confirmation.
• If the the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order is cancelled and the customer
  is informed.

Return/Refund

• In case of damaged/to return a product customer can report the product either by calling on
  18002660123 or send an email at customercare [at] titan [dot] co [dot] in.
• Customer need to provide invoice into the package for the return process.
• Refund will be processed once the product is returned and it will be refunded to customer account
  via the original mode of payment.
• For online payment, amount will be refunded within 7-15 days from the receipt of returned product
  at the warehouse.
• In case of, cash on delivery amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as
  NEFT as per customer choice.
• If customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then amount is refunded within 7-15
  days & amount will be refunded into customer's account through online transfer as NEFT. 
• If customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then amount will be refunded through cheque that will be
  sent by courier at the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing the order which may take
  up to 30 working days.
