Shipping/Delivery
- Order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
- After dispatching, order will be delivered within 3-5 days for major
cities
and 7-10 days for remote locations.
Return/Exchange/Cancellation
- If not satisfied with the product received, customer can report within 10
days
of
purchase by calling on 9833808228 or email on
returns [at] softsensbaby [dot] com
- If the Customer has received a wrong/damaged product, then Softsens shall
refund
fully in the form of Online Store Vouchers.
- In case of Cash on Delivery and pre-paid order if the order has not been
dispatched,
then Softsens shall cancel the order
with nothing more.
- In case of pre-paid order if the order has been dispatched, then Softsens shall
try/ask the
courier company to return the order back to Softsens. If this is not
possible then customer
has to accept the order and re-ship it back to Softsens.
The customer will be refunded in
the form of Online Vouchers but the shipping
fee shall not be refunded and there will
be a 10% Admin fee charged to the
customer.
