Apprecition
Recently I, along with my family, was part of "Darshanam Europe" group. I wish to highlight the exemplary services provided by our tour manager, Mr. Vijaya Kumar Ashwath. Starting from our arrival at London to departure from Rome, he was with us taking care of every bit. He made every day scintillating and memorable by organizing various games during each long hours of bus journey. His communication was clear and appealing to make every tourist to be in a time everyday and also at every monument and tourists spots. His swift action to ensure hotel rooms allotted to every one was something seen to be believed. we all left with heavy heart as we bid a bye to him, as if we left behind our most lovable family member. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Vijaya Kumar for all the help and concern showed towards us.
Complaint regarding transportation
Hi I am Dimple Bhutani this side....I have booked domestic premium package for tranquilin Himalaya on 9th June...but we are facing lots ofproblems regarding transportation...we are not getting any comfortable conveyance...there is no proper response from your team...we have booked from sotc office gk2 and the concern person is Priyanka whom we have have booked the package....please take some fast action.
