Very Poor Service (Infact, No Service at all)

I have sent a Consignment in Priority mode from Coimbatore to Sankarankovil on 21-04-2021. But this item has not been delivered sofar. I have booked in Priority mode as it was most urgent. When I contacted the official over phone, they told me that the consignment was wrongly sent to Tirunelveli instead of the intended delivery place - Sankarankovil. This eventually led to mental agony and waste of paying an extra amount to avail Priority mode of service in ST Courier. The official also behaved rudely. Then I have sent a Compliant through e-mail (helpdesk [at] stcourier [dot] com) to their help desk. No reply has come sofar. Then I tried to communicate over phone number given in their website 91 44 22 666 666. The number was Out of service. So don't send anything through this courier. This is my BAD experience with ST COURIER--- Mahe

Worst service in nagercoil p.w. d road

Am from kanyakumari.... Actuallly we ordered a parcel for an event purpose.... Sender sebd in St. Courier... But nagercoil brand.. In p. W. D road was not deluvering my parcel.... Can u plzz verifry tay branch
