रजिस्ट्रेशन के पूरे पैसे लेकर भी नंबर नहीं देना जबकि एक साल पहले 14 महीने से पैसे दे दिए गए हैं नगद भुगतान कर दिया था

I have tractor 724 it's front cover and side panel covering battery portion of the tractor is required to me , for which I had placed order through the dealer of the co.in the past 3 to 4 months time is passed but till date order could not be fulfilled, pl. the person concerned may be looked in to the matter .

With reference to the above subject, we would like to bring to your kind notice that, the Tractor model no. 744 has been purchased from your show room which is defective and has been intimated to you verbally many times.

The Gear Box (Handi) is defective and has been repaired so many times, also break down within 300 hours only. Even after frequent repairs, the defect is still persisting. This led to a huge loss in earning from the tractor and EMIs were compulsorily required to be paid. It is pertinent to mention that, there is no other income source available with us.

Further, we have not received any response from your office or may your office is lacking of the skilled staff to get the same repaired or else you do not value your customers.

Therefore you are kindly requested to repair the defect permanently or replace the tractor itself at the earliest.
