Complaint regarding non answering the calls
I tried calling all the phone numbers but not picked my call,some phone r not reachable.Then what is the use of giving the phone numbers.

I have been trying to inquire
I have been trying to inquire about the bus frequency in this pandemic covid situation none of the above contact nos of pune swargate stand and depo are lifted its been 4 hours i am continuous calling them. Worst service for Public providing.
Failure of Shivneri Time table, Swargate to Borivli...Late ply..
Time Table of Shivneri buses departs from Swargate to Borivali NOT followed almost all the time. All the buses on this route are plying late by 30-45 mins. Some buses stands cancelled. Why this happens with Swargate-Borivlii bus?
Today, 21/07/2019, bus of 19.00hrs departed at 19.45hrs.
On 15/07/2019, Bus of 6.00am cancelled & the passengers of 6.00am & 6.30 am are adjusted in a single 6.30am bus.
Who is responsible for all such happenings?
Requesting you to look in to these things & hope, you will resolve the problem fast.
What the hell are you doing
What the hell are you doing there and for what u take the salary of your not doing Ur job, hundreds of time we call u but no reply to a single call, if there is no need to answer the call then why u people post the telephone numbers on Ur website?
Idiots n stupids are working there I guess who even don't know how to pick up the call.
Complaint
I have tried to call Swargate ST depo for the enqiry of the Swargate Arnala bus departure, but non of the telephone was answered. To upgrade the service, first thing to follow is attend the every call no matter how busy the staff is. Otherwise there won't be any passengers left for he ST. in near future, I personally hope this should happen and the workers should suffer for their attitude.
