Poor Service

It's already 15 days past, my order has been dispatched and not delivered. It's crazy that product has reached Pune from past 4 days and they are not able to deliver it. They mark it for Out for delivery and by their own they are marking it as Undeliverable.
'SWIFT' if you want to be in market then improvement is needed.

Regarding return n refund of item received

Hi,
I received my order no. 24341 ( invoice and order no. Picture attached )furniture lifter and roller set today and did not find it as per the details given by you, neither did it satisfy my expectations from the product as it is not able to lift any heavy objects.
Hence, I need to return the product. Kindly arrange to collect the product and refund my amount as soon as possible.
