In my area they can no longer provide services, still they are not refunding my advance and closing all my request saying that my services are fine even their area incharge have said that my area comes under "Technically not Feasible".

worst ever Customer care and worst ever services and worst ever type of App they have.
they close complaints without taking consent. even Appellate Authority does that, I can think that they have a FAKE APPEALATE AUTHORITY WHO DOESN'T EVEN ASK YOU JUST PUT AN EMAIL THAT THEY FIND EVERYTHING FINE, I THINK THEY CLOSE COMPLAINTS AFTER SEEING SOME DREAMS AND NOT BY LISTENING TO ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.
I still haven't received any update from their side, tired of trying using customer care call, their app and WhatsApp chat.
It's been a month approximately.
No response.
Tired of listening that I am the next in line and my call will be attended in 15 seconds and then call cut from your side.
I have all the call recording and email trials and sms and app screenshots. I am trying since the start of September 2022 month and having no proper response.

Even if you want to disconnect service, its impossible to disconnect and they always sent bills and threaten to if you are not paying those bills. You will receive calls from Fake Advocates (They are tikona support people only) and says if you are no paying the bill in 30min, i gonna register a case on you like they will charge more and more. Finally they won't even close your connection and You can't call to customer care number with your tikona account registered phone number. They block your emails & calls and keep on charge some more amount with new bills.
NO INTERNET FOR 2 DAYS RESULTING IN NO WFH
I do not have internet since 25th Jan and I am still without any connection. I have sent a complaint request through My Tikona App on 26th morning but till now no action has been taken. They must try and understand that we are using internet connection to work from home an if internet is disrupted how will we work and if we don't work and get money how can we pay your bills?

I did complaint 5 to 6 time, since last thursday but till now no one come for solve the problem of intetnet...... I dont know how to do connect with your technical team and use bad words to your company.... I totally unsatisfied from your service...

It is very hard to reach their customer service. and at the time of installation the sales person provide you wrong information and will tell you that service is great and queries are resolved in short time. Don't believe them it's all lie. Not having internet is better than having tikona internet. Waste of money. You'll be get tired and frustrated contacting customer service team and you won't be able to reach. Even after paying money, You will end up without internet. Don't waste your money on this pathetic broadband service. Go for jio or vodafone.

Connection is worst.
customer care phone numbers are not working.we can't keep registering complaint everyday.if we register complain they will correct it then next day again there won't be connection.if we don't register complaint even after 4 days there won't be internet connection.
Refund
No support from tikona I've registered and made online payment of 5452 for installation as well as for 6 month internet connectivity but their team unable to install tha network\ broadband at my residence neither they refund my amount. It has been more than 2 week nor the staff who visited to the site is Responding nor the customer care service is providing any solution.
I've already mail them for refund but not a single response yet form there side.

Connection Cancellation and Refund
Hi there,
Before the first lockdown, I have gone through tikona webportal and made a payment for new Internet connection.
Due to covid-19 installation is not happened till date.
I have sent the cancellation request to customercare [at] tikona [dot] in but there is no any response from them. Also I am feeling very helpless as contact details mentioned in the contact us page are not working.

Since i connected Tikona Broadband,it's disconnect all the Time.customer care not picked call, tickets logs on app,it's not allowed you to do so.if somehow technician assigned ,then technician not call to customers anymore ,and put remarks on complaint that every thing is working fine.he even not pick call as well.worst Internet and customer service i ever had

I took tikona as working from home and every week or two their network goes down saying maintainence work but no one cares to msg or notify about is bout the maintenance and how long will it take....today 30/05/2020 internet is down since morning and unable to reach theor customer care and without internet i am not able to work from home because of which i lost a days slary of 1400rupees and still no internet

Internet connection not working since a month

I have made lot of complaints and had assigned engineer for site visit. Nor does the engineer visit nor he picks the call. I am aware of the Covid-19 issue and hence i do not want anyone to risk their or my life but atleast he can call or pick the call up and help to resolve the issue. This issue is relating to the server and not in our premise and which can be solved by you from within.
I have also made all the regular payment. It is urgent thing otherwise we will have to lodge the complaint.
