Aug 20th Sunday times The back ad is proper but the front first page is cut accordingly to the ad but the main content is missing … how come the main content is not given priority

Irregularities of delivering of newspaper
As I have paid for annual subscription and after that every week I am facing issues. Minimum 2-3 days n a week paper hs not been delivered. Informed area manager but not much initiative taken by him. As it is prepaid one so ToI is not interested about customers problem. Kindly resolve.
Non-delivery of newspaper- Ref No. V6497
I had subscribed the TOI newspaper in the month of Dec-21 for one year, paying the entire subscription upfront.
The delivery of the paper was most irregular. Now, since last one and half month, the delivery of the paper was completely stopped.
Please look into the issue.

Non delivery of newspaper
My name is B.narayana mutthy paid annual subscription for times of india valid up to 2/2023.From the last so many days I am not getting my news paper daily. I am residing in 3rd floor the paper boy is throwing paper in the cellar and every day I am going and searching my paper. Some body is snatching the paper and if watch man sees then some times he delivers the paper to me. I asked the paper boy to come to flat no 301 and drop the paper before my main door or put in the window grill. I complained to u r office earlier but the situation was not rectified. This is pathetic as the administration could not make perform paper boy duty. Kindly cancel my subscription and arrange refund of balance amount. Regards.
