I have complaint for my refrigerator but no action been taken since 10 days very bad service requesting request not to buy TOSHIBA products very very very bad product and service
I would like to inform you that I am purchasing a freeze from Mittal agency uttam nagar on 06-Aug 2023. Many issues coming from the date of purchase like current in the freeze body. After many complaints the freeze changed after 3 months. Now I am facing a problem in the freeze ice store in the vegetable box. After that the technician changed the sensor. After the sensor change problem comes in freeze every 3 to 4 days freeze has been heating around 20 to 30 temperature. And now I received a call from a technician he says Plz share video of heating and ice comes in freeze please tell me how it is possible to record video of heating. Ice is visible but how to record heating video with temperature 20 to 30° selcise. It's a total harassment to the customer.it is my humble request kindly resolve this matter amicably and urgent basis. Bill Photos and Video and All Complaint Screenshot Attached for your record.
I own a Toshibha refrigerator model GR-MG47UD-IND, which has stopped cooling . The freezer compartment is working well. The local mechanic said the temperature control sensor needs to be replaced. Could you please help ?
Home service center guys have taken money but not repaired the fridge . Problem of water leaking continues . Had to shout at them when they send there men to look into things. They send there men yesterday he says gasket is a problem and he will replace it free and today his other colleague says pay for it. They have been harassing us and not attending to our complain. luckily we made the person who came yesterday to write down that they will replace the gasket free of cost write date his name and number. There bill no is 757, first Sahil attended yesterday Ibrahim attended.
Need the problem solved water is leaking constantly and the the freezer section is also not working. Hope someone from the company looks into our problem on priority

we had purchased a Toshiba refrigrator (RSB TOSHIBA REF GR-AG66INA)on 16/02/20 from EP Electronic Paradise Pvt Ltd ,9 DAV School Building,YUSUF SARAI, GREEN PARK, NEW DELHI 110016(INDIA) Vide invoice no. YS/R-4363/19-20 amounting 63500/-
we had given a complain that sometimes it vibrates like some motor is started and it stops automatically after a minute,after complaining your technician has visited but they they couldnot find the problem. till now it vibrates 3-4 tomes a day .
i think you have supplied the defective one so now we request you to kindly replace this .
