Never pick up the phone

I called so many time about the small enquiry for taken new passport for my child ..but the passport office no body pick up the phone.i called two or 3 weeks continue try to call him .what u are doing fucking work.go the hell .better take out the landline there .

I would like to apply passport for my wife.but she has her father name's first letter as her initial in her Aadhaar card.my name also mentioned as a husband in her Aadhaar card.can i use my name as a surname in her passport.
