Important Links
Shipping/Delivery
- Products will be shipped the same day if placed before 4pm, otherwise shipping will be
done the next day.
- Products will be delivered within 3-7 days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries.
- In case, customer not present when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel, a card will
be left for customer information. A Second attempt will be made after 48 hour, along with a
card. After the second attempt, the courier will keep the parcel for 7 days for further contact
from the customer before returning to the company.
- If the customer receives a damaged parcel, customer should refuse to accept it.Customer
should send an email at hello [at] twentydresses [dot] com within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Returns/Refund/Cancellation
- Customers can return a product within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Once the company receives the product, experts will check the product and if things are in order
full refund will be credited within 7 days.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, refund will be credited within 2-3
days to the account
from which the payment was made.
- For cash on delivery transactions, customers can either receive the refund in any bank account via
NEFT or get credited to the customer Twenty Dresses wallet which they can they can transfer in
their
bank account
by clicking on 'refund me' button by calling TwentyDresses customer care.
Bank
transfers take 2-3 days to reflect in account.
- In case, the customer cancels order after shipping, they can contact 18002670101 or write at
hello [at] twentydresses [dot] com, refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours after verifying its
packaging/condition.
