Clothes not delivered

This is regarding my order no 3630088882302231738-0749985. It has still not been delivered. The order contained clothes for my daughter in the boarding school who has been waiting for them eagerly.
I hv been receiving mails that they are not getting the number given for contact and later saying that they are trying to deliver the parcel at their earliest.
Now suddenly I get a mail from Uniqlo that the order has been cancelled by their delivery team.
This is unacceptable. My daughter has been waiting for these clothes since long.
I demand a delivery at the earliest.
