Grievance Redressal Procedure
Level 1:
- If you have any query/ complaint , then you can contact to the concerned Branch Manager.
- Your complaint will be heard within 7 working days.
Level 2:
- If your complaint is not solved within a period of 7 days, then you can provide the details of your center number, branch and nature of complaint to the executive who attends the call.
