I already had cancelled my order. It is requested, check and verify for the same and refund the same amount in mine credit card No. Ending 3989
I visite best price which is in jalandhar ,two times in couple of month. I want urgent job i am student of st soldier polytechnical college, but when i visite first time there are security gaurd who told me please give your cv here, hr call you later after some days. After many days they dnt give any respons i am hopless becouse i want night shift becouse my studys also importent foe me. Next month i visite again same story repeat same security gaurd said same words now i am tottaly diapointet. If they have no jobs they can say on my face but dnt give fake hops i requst to best price gm to take action on this outlet i am jobless i need money i do my best but they dnt give a chance to me ...
I bought a Lenovo mobile from Flipkart in May 2017. In June 2018, this mobile went dead. I took this to Lenovo customer care. They found out that this mobile had different IMEI numbers inside and outside. Even after many-2 follow-ups with Flipkart, they are not ready to take this mobile back and give me the refund. MANY times i have interacted with the Flipkart grievance officer also but now they have stopped even responding to my mails. Therefore now I am forced to take this serious issue to social media.
1. Flipkart had sold me a ILLEGAL mobile which had different IMEI numbers inside and outside. Grievance officer doesn't see any issue in that.
2. When I took the mobile to Lenovo, grievance officer talked to their service center. Lenovo told them that they have found out this dispcrecancy in IMEI numbers.
3. Then grievance officer agreed to refund but put the condition of returning the mobile. Seems he doesn't believe Lenovo authorized service center and the customer. Even after selling me a ILLEGAL mobile, grievance officer doesn't feel shame.
4. After selling me a ILLEGAL mobile, grievance officer should have immediately refunded me the money. BUT here the grievance officer puts forward his various conditions of returning the mobile as if it was a customer's fault.
5. I kept sending the regular emails asking for refunds to grievance officer and customer support. Grievance officer even denies to get an email. Shameless attitude of a grievance officer, didn't even bothered about his designation.
SO EVEN AFTER SELLING ILLEGAL STUFF, Flipkart & its grievance officer & his conditions are the king.
Please help me get the refund for the mobile that Flipkart sent me a illegal/defective piece.
