Internet non fuctional
I had been wishnet customer since very long time and was happy with internet uptime and speed. But recently since last few months I am facing multiple disconnects , long hours of downtime and deterioration in overall service.

NAT strict and asked for bridge package to make it open. so I m unable to join my friends in multiplayer games. And another problem is there are huge gaps between kolkata and rest of bengal packs. I have to pay rs. 600+gst for 10 mbps but my friends pay rs.675+gst for35 mbps who r using alliance broadband. But now solve my NAT issue as soon as possible otherwise I will have to chose another option.
