My delivery date was 5th April

I ordered in advance because I wanted to gift someone
But still the order is showing in printing process
Pathetic service

Zoomin order not delivered yet

My Zoomin photobook (Order Id: ZO-1EF1AD0D2D) is supposed to be delivered by 27th Jan 2024. But still its showing Printing status today also(31st Jan 2024) .. Pls check and let me know when can I get the delivery. I paid for express delivery still there is no update on the delivery status. Zoomin used to be very good site few years back, with 2day deliveries .. but now since its client base increased, the delays started.

I've order a customised Callander and a yearly planner. But I got only Callander they didn't send planner. They are showing that order is delivered.. Very disappointed.

Hi,

I have ordered for a Collage Posters 20x30 and I would like to mention 2 things here:

1. Delivery date was 23rd July and I received the delivery on 25th July (2 days delay)

2. The condition I received the poster is so disappointing. The outer package is completely damaged. Poster cover is completely pressed and I have still not opened it. Please find the attached pics of same.

This was ordered for gifting someone on some special occasion and now it is not in that condition to gift. Please let me know what are your next steps on this. The service from zoomin has completely spoiled our occasion.

My Flipkart super coin coupon rate is high your photo book

I used 100 of my super coins for a Zoomin album via Flipkart, to give me a discount of ₹ 329. After applying Super Coin Radium, the coupon could not be applied to the Joomine app for 2 days. After this, Joomine has reduced the price of their ₹ 350 album to ₹ 550 for my coupon, while the price on their home page is still shown as ₹ 349, Joomine's fooling fool with the Flipkart coupon. . Please talk to Joomine about this. Talk about free albums after applying my Flipkart coupon. I am willing to pay tax and shipping charges.
