31st October I paid my Electric bill 3148 rs which was cancelled . After that in my cred app I got a notification that the payment would be credited to my card by 10 th November in between 5 working days. But yesterday (10th November) it is showing that the amount will be credited to my account on 17th November & got an email where they said that

"We would also like to inform you that the first payment for "West Bengal Electricity (WBSEDCL)" of Rs.₹3,148/- made on "31 Oct '22" with order id "NG4QRG3Y83D" was failed. Hence, we have processed the refund for the same to your source account.

The same will get reflected in your account within 5-7 working days for credit card payment."

But did not refund my money back .That means either they did not know that yesterday it was 10th November or intentionally avoiding this situation. I wrote a comment here yesterday that was also deleted

With reference to the above subject line, I would like to attract your kind attention that on 31st Oct, I tried to complete the credit payment with the CRED application, but the amount has been debited from Bank & till now not yet been refunded back.

I check with my Bank, they confirmed that the amount has not yet been refunded from CRED.

On 1st October, I was paying ma credit card bill. During transaction first time it was failed so try for second time and that's executed successfully. When I see my bank transaction, same amount debited two times. Still not get my amount back(it's 4th October).please refund my amount.

Reverse my deducted amount urgi

My deducted money yesterday has not been returned yet. Please return the money that was deducted from my account because today is the last date for paying the my credit card bill. If you do not pay the credit card bill then extra charges will be levied or deducted money will be refunded. Civil score will be decreased, please make my credit card payment or return it to my account otherwise I will take legal action against it.

my payment failed during cred cash loan transaction 5244/ and still its 10th no money refunded, there app management is worst they dint respond on call even there is no way to touch with customer care . i have also emailed them 20 times . they just opening tickets and closing .

My credit card bill paid on 6 August via cred app, My main account is debted by Rs 4121 but Credit bill not settled, I was failed and Cred app give messeage, amount will be revered back in 3 working days, now its four days completed not received any update also a single Ruppee in my account which was debted. This cause me fine from my bank for overdues, I totally disaapoint with trouble and Service by This Cred app, refund my money otherwise I will register legal complaint about this issue.

Today I paid the amount on 12:10 AM. But I am still waiting for confirmation to get credit in my credit card. Yesterday was last day of my card payment. I paid in grace period just because of I trusted you you say we deposit amount in credit card instantly. So why are you taking too long.
Pls pay amount in credit card or return my amount otherwise it will harm my credit score and bank bill charge extra charges.
