On 1st October, I was paying ma credit card bill. During transaction first time it was failed so try for second time and that's executed successfully. When I see my bank transaction, same amount debited two times. Still not get my amount back(it's 4th October).please refund my amount.

I will many time query in cred app issue will not solve i disappointed with cred app 1st time payment deduct but not show in my credit card

Money was debited from my bank account of Rs 1445.00 on 03-Oct-22 while paying the electricity bill but Cred Application shows that it failed. I need an instant refund.

I made a transaction today via cred and the Transaction is successful but in the beneficiary account amount is not coming and the amount is deducted from my credit card with service fee and the amount is 10180 inr (overall).

Why am I not able to withdraw money? Why are you making it difficult for me to withdraw money? What is the reason?

My credit card bill paid on 6 August via cred app, My main account is debted by Rs 4121 but Credit bill not settled, I was failed and Cred app give messeage, amount will be revered back in 3 working days, now its four days completed not received any update also a single Ruppee in my account which was debted. I am using cred app to pay my credit card bills. Today I have to pay 17,759/- to my credit cared. But you have taken 20,204/- from saving account. I have paid rent 49,000/- on 08-09-2021 from HDFC credit Card but amount is not yet credited into Landlord account and in notifications HDFC has given written confirmation as transaction is completed. It seems amount is stuck with cred. Hi I have been chasing CRED on grievance email but to no avail. The amount is big and they are just relaxing as if it is part of their design. The bank is also screaming at me for a keeping negative balance in the savings account. Plus Credit card company chasing me for payment. As on date 15.04.2022, I was made payment Rs.19,987.00 to make payment of my credit card vide order id PRJ06WJ4E4YW. I have received a message that it failed. but at the same time the amount was debited from my bank, it did not hit my credit card. My payment is stuck.

as on date 30.03.2022 I was made payment rupees 1909.00 to make payment of my credit card vide your application but i have received that it was failed but same amount debited from my bank, it was not hit to my credit card so when I will get back my debited amount.
