Payment related issue

31st October I paid my Electric bill 3148 rs which was cancelled . After that in my cred app I got a notification that the payment would be credited to my card by 10 th November in between 5 working days. But yesterday (10th November) it is showing that the amount will be credited to my account on 17th November & got an email where they said that

"We would also like to inform you that the first payment for "West Bengal Electricity (WBSEDCL)" of Rs.₹3,148/- made on "31 Oct '22" with order id "NG4QRG3Y83D" was failed. Hence, we have processed the refund for the same to your source account.

The same will get reflected in your account within 5-7 working days for credit card payment."

But did not refund my money back .That means either they did not know that yesterday it was 10th November or intentionally avoiding this situation. I wrote a comment here yesterday that was also deleted

This is to inform you that on the 31st October I paid my Electric bill 3148 rs which was cancelled & got notification 3rd November in whats app where the last submitting date was 2nd November.After that in my cred app I got a notification that the payment would be credited to my card by 10 th November in between 5 working days. Complain regarding deduction of amount & Refund issue

Dear Madam/Sir

With reference to the above subject line, I would like to attract your kind attention that on 31st Oct, I tried to complete the credit payment with the CRED application, but the amount has been debited from Bank & till now not yet been refunded back.

Credit Payment failed detail as follows:

American Express: 25K INR
HDFC: 32K INR

I would like to share that the HDFC Credit card the last date for payment was 01st Nov 2022 & since I was not having enough balance in my bank, a late payment penalty fee has been imposed on me. Please confirm who will take responsibility for the penalty charges.

Also my American express last date for payment is 05th Nov 2022 & till now I haven’t received my above-deducted amount.

I check with my Bank, they confirmed that the amount has not yet been refunded from CRED.

Kindly refund my amount on priority.

I initiated a payment from my account on 19th September of 10,180 and it has failed. The receiver initiated the refund on 19th September.

Till now, I have not received the amount. Please let me know the details and by when I can get the amount in my account.

Double debit from bank account and no credit into CC

Hi I have been chasing CRED on grievance email but to no avail. The amount is big and they are just relaxing as if it is part of their design. The bank is also screaming at me for a keeping negative balance in the savings account. Plus Credit card company chasing me for payment. The overall total mess created by CRED with not a single person responding to all my emails. They claim they called me but that is about it..

Can any anybody else resolve the issue for me..

Now new statment generated with late payment and intrest charges
In complent there is no resolution as of now

As on date 15.04.2022, I was made payment Rs.19,987.00 to make payment of my credit card vide order id PRJ06WJ4E4YW. I have received a message that it failed. but at the same time the amount was debited from my bank, it did not hit my credit card. My payment is stuck.
