I komal lukat made an transaction of 40372 through my credit card to my landlords account but the amount got deducted but not credited to landlords account
Please make this as soon as possible.

I paid my rent payment on 23rd December 2021 through citi bank credit card , money has been deducted, but not received to the landlord …
And not been refunded to my account also …
And no proper response or reply from CRED team…

I made payment through cred app thy have sent a fake UTR NO WHICH THE BANK SAY NOT RECIVED third time happening to my amount either thy are not refunding nor remitting to my card at RBL

Mujhe ye pta karna hai ye refund mujhe kab tak aayenga kyu ki mujhe duvara se payment karna hai

Today I pay to someone 1500 rupees using cred app but he not received payment . From savings account payment debit . Please refund i aks you cred help care services.

On oct 2nd i have paid emi 3 times and on emi was adjusted for October and other one for November. Still one emi is pending to be settled down for December. There is no proper response from you cred team as i am following up since oct 2nd on this issue. I don't know how cred is handling its customers as they do not have proper team. I have initiated a rent payment transaction from my credit card. On 15/11/21 but However payment is not credited to my landlord's account yet. It's been more than 16 hours now. Please credit rent Amount, Amount was debited. Totall Amount is 13000 card last 4 digit is 9802
It’s a humble request to cred team please resolve the issue on priority basis as we have to face crisis.

I have paid credit card bill of RS. 64355 on 06/11/2021 through cred app but not reflected in my Axis credit card statement till

I made payment of my Sbi credit card bill 2 days before due date but the payment was dishonoured.
Although the amount was deducted from my SBI bank account.
They charged me extra charges viz dishonoured charged plus Gst which totals upto the Rs.2,441
That impacted my CIBIL score.

It happened to me twice when I paid my bills.

I tried complaining but couldn't get any response from your side.

Please take strict action.

Also i have done a payment of Rs643 to SBI Simpliclick UTR no. XXXXX3000520 but its not reflected and the amount being again auto debited from my personal account  as in Cred it is showing successful payment done . its been very awful for having this kind of issues as i am using Cred over a year . Please look into this matter .

I have paid hdfc card bill on 25th September through your cred app for the month of Sept 21 bill.

While seeing October month bill Rs.5265.09/-charged as late payment fee for the month of September 21bill paid.

I am using hdfc card since 2008 and I am paying evry month 25th, till date no such payment charged by hdfc bank.but above amount as charged as penalty even after paying correct date and also it effected my CIBIL score.

Kindly arrange to refund Rs.5265.09/- charged as late fee, as i have paid bill on 25 th September 21.

I have paid rent 22000/-from cred app using my SBI bank credit card. The whole amount is deducted from my card but not yet credited into Landlord account. It means the whole amount is stuck with cred. Now I have an humble request to you, kindly send the complete amount in landlord's account as soon as possible.

Dear i payment my Axis Bank Credit card by cred last digit 0174 my mobile number xxx1366637 and my 7200/- payment cut 2 times from my account but only 1 times Credit in Credit card please add 7200/- again or return in my Account as soon possible.

On 01.10.2021 I have paid my credit card bill for Rs.15000, while making payment the amount has been deducted twice.

Later on checking the cred statement it shows that Rs.15000 has been on Cred Coins. I need my amount of Rs. 15000 to my bank account from Cred Coins.

And when I chatted with customer care he asked to archive my card and add it again.
After that I am not able to connect with customer care and my old records are gone from that card on cred.
Is this any kind of fraud.
