Today I made 16331 payment by but network error cred app show mi retry for this payment then I have made second time same payment, but cred history of payment 16631 of my payment made by me is missing of his history & after complain it not show, And bank deducted this amount twice time in my account, So please refund these amount as early as possible.

I have paid rent 10000/- on 04-08-2021 morning at8.48am from AXIS Card but amount is not yet credited. but deducted from my account

I have paid rent 30,000/- on 31-07-2021 afternoon at 6.57 pm from Hdfc credit Card but amount is not yet credited into Landlord account and in notifications it's showing as amount will be credited in one day. HDFC has given written confirmation as transaction is completed successfully with transaction id 012582. It seems amount is stuck with cred. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. In this covid situation, if you introduce features in live without testing, this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.Thanks & Regards,

I have initiated a transaction on 30/06/2021 from my ICICI Bank credit card of rs. 14,400/- into landlord's ICICI Bank account with order ID :- Q9L8XY9WDV3J it's debited from my card but not reflecting in landlord's account. Since that day it is showing your amount will credited in 1 day but till now there is no update in transaction status.
Hence i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

I have made payment of 40514rs against my credit card bill on 30 Jul 2021. Till the time is is not reflected in my HDFC credit card.

As per HDFC bank customer executive, they haven't received any amount against my bill from cred application.

I hade a online payment Rs. 49, Date : 26-07-2021, the same was not successful, but the amount of Rs. 24372 was Debited from my account to DreamPlug TECHNOLOGY pvt Ltd. and this transaction I have not authorized its a fraud please check and refund my amount as soon as possible and against this case i hade already made FIR and also complained in Cyber crime beauro it is a request to u please co-operate and refund my amount

I have paid rent 140000/- on 15 July morning from cred app using my icici bank credit card. The whole amount is deducted from my card but not yet credited into Landlord account. It means the whole amount is stuck with cred. Now I have an humble request to you, kindly send the complete amount in landlord's account as soon as possible.

I had paid the ammount that's not credited in to my credit card but this ammout debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account

When I paid the EMI amount in advance it turns automatically in to Overdue for no reason, recently I have tried to apply more personal loan,then it says cred money is not available for you.only then I realised this could be due to Overdue..how on earth if we pay EMI in advance and it ended up showing overdue and unable to avail for new loan

I made payment of ₹139157 on 18/06/2021 using cred application. But there was some error in application and because of same the payment was failed and my saving account got debited with same amount in favour of Cred.And now still the payment not refunded,It is not a samll amount if you can duduct the amount instantly then you have to return the amount instantly so the customer can make a payment again to prevent the late charges and all,Is Cred going to pay Late payment fees, Interest amount from the day i used it???? Worst part of Cred is there is no number to call them. WILL I GET QUICK RESPONSE OR SHOULD MAKE YOU FAMOUS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE?????????????

I paid my credit card bill on 9th June, 3 days earlier than my due date from CRED app. It was settled in 11 seconds as per CRED notifications. Still HDFC Bank deducted same amount from my savings account. That means money sent from CRED is lost and there is no way we can contact or get our issues resolved. In such a time in India these companies are cheating taxpayers and their hard earned money is used for their benefits.

I made payment of ₹ 8200 on 17/05/2021 using cred application. As per cred application payment is successful but the amount is not yet credited to my credit card account. this are fraud application.

i paid approx. 47000INR for my SBI card through CRED but the payment is still not reflecting after 2days.
i got a message from CRED that it will be done with in an hour but still nothing.

i have recently started using CRED and don't want to stop using this APP but please resolve my issue at the earliest possible otherwise i will be farced to make a formal complaint and uninstall this application.

credit card amount not credited even after 1 day of payment
This is really the worst experience for me so far from the Cred app. I made my SBI credit card payment of Rs. 100000 on 08/May/2021 but it is more than 4 day now it is still not done and has been debited from my account. I am worried as the due date for paying the credit card amount is on 10/may/2021 and if it is not paid on time my cibil score will go down and I will be defaulter. I am planning to file a fraud case against CRED if my amount is not refunded by 10/May/2021.

The bill payment made at 11 a.m. today does not appear to have been credited to the account yet

I made the payment of 18500 on May 8th 2021 in my axis bank credit card amount debited from my bank account, and today is 12th may 2021 till now payment is not settled in my credit card. My account was debited by 40,133 on 8/05/2021 but still till 10/05/2021 it was not credited to my Sbi credit card and by auto swipe my account was again debited so I need refund of by 40,133
