My zing dish tv setop box has activatation issue. Don't buy Dish tv. Scam alert

If balance there also be not recharging automatically... Balance & recharge more confusing. Customer care is worst .. app is not clear choose channel. Free channels also if we r not choose they also not coming. Every month headache to recharge.. if we recharge 3 or 4 months . After 1 month some channels not coming. Between the time we got calls from add on channel... We decide r not amount will be deducting.. one day raining 4days rest to tv .. pack rates r so much we r seeing only one chanel chanel rate 19 but we paying 190 rs paying.

Dish TV set top box is not working. The light on set top box is not switched on. As a result no dish tv screen is previewing in Television. What is the problem and what should I do?

Recharged with Rs 251 . Again subscribed two channels. Now only shows subscribed channels and not any news channels and free channels.

I complaint dish tv customer care, regarding some Hd channels suchs as star sport hd, zee hd and discovery hd not working (screen hanging ) technician came ontime, says it's signal issue and tightened antena then also problem persist so replaced hd box and tell it will take 5-15 min. For swipe. Take money and goes... But problem is its one day but box still not swept... Still don't know wheather problem solved or not.. and now new problem is neither technician nor customer care are giving proper answers..

We have install 309rupees pack but some channels which we subscribe are not coming so we contact costumer care service they said that the call will come from the superior within one hour but after five hours we got a call then the superior said that I will get call service provider within one hour but even after three days we didn't get the call.Very bad service from dish Tv.Even they don't respond to the costumer.

This is a matter of great regret that while choosing channels, always it shows 190 channels which includes many uneccasry challens and after adding my choice channels it shows very cost.though trai regulatory says only 100 free channels and after ala.cart it should be deducted from 100 channels up to 75 paid channels and cost to be fixed accordingly. But dishtv compels me pay more.if it will continue then I shall think to switch over to any other service DTH provider. I hope the solution please be made at early.

Customer ko koi service nahi diya jata.recharge karne ke bad bhi massage nahi aata aur plan ke anusar chanels nahi diya jata. Jaldi jabab do nahi to settopbox le jao.

I am trying to call the tollfree number from last 3.. 4 days but getting no reply in return.
Instead I recieved a message that my password has been changed.
Some of my channels has been unsubscribed automatically.
When I try to call the given number, my balance is getting deducted but no help from you.

I have done recharge with RMN but has not processed yet. After calling to customer care everytime message come as multiple VC no are connected to your RMN after upadating RMN. Please solve this issue early.

Once I managed to contact customer care and on entering my mobile no, its saying that this no does not exist despite the fact that i am getting all my activation or promotional msg on this mobile only.

i have rechage with rs 235 vailed for one month we have talk to customer care. but they will cut in 15days and told you have taken the plan of rs 450. so dish tv serive also cheat the customer.
no body pickup the call in customer care and and no body given responce after lots of mail.

I got a call from your Dish TV sales person. He stated to me that we are providing above mentioned Movie active channel free of cost for the two months, after completion of the same, you want to continue service. Dish TV will charge for the same. While you are charging for the same. Before the comments durations. So need to get it correct without interruption of service. And ensure that such kind of irresponsible act will not happen again..
