Tum logoka service ekdum bekar service hai aur kuzz bhi complain kiya to fir tum paise demand karne lagte ho. Tum logoka agar service nahi provide kar paa rahe ho to usme hamare se paise mangte ho tum log. Sidha boldo na tum log service provide nahi kar sakte to hum log yahaa paise nahi dalenge har mahine nayaa kharcha lagaate rahte ho tum log. Aur har kisi ka naam me mistake kiye ho tum log. abhi mera set box me paise hone ke bavjud mai tv nahi dekh sakta .kal raat tak thik chal rahaa tha achhanak se service not available uspar complain krne par ₹200 ka demand aur upar se alag charges lagega ye kya hai . I am not satisfy with Videocon d2h service . It is really poor service .

It is very bad experience ever , i have paid 1111.50 on 24.08.20 via my internet banking . i have called every day , every day new person tallk with me and i have to tell from starting every one talling that with in twenty four hours your problem will be solved. but every one is fake ansuwering . koi bi responsibilites le ke liye ready nahi hai . acchi acchi offer deke , advertise karte hai but their is supprot form their side

Poor connection from 1pm to 3 pm on daily basis
D2H,
Firstly I am fed up with D2H customer care service. I am not sure why this service you are providing when we are not able to contact them. You have fixed recording which you are running however we don’t have options for lodging our complaint as if I choose that then recording say “thanks for contacting D2H”.
All days D2H is disconnecting from 1pm to 3-4 pm. Only we can watch news channels but all entertainment channels, kids channels etc are not working. Please advise and take action.
Anyway i have charge D2H until November 20. If no action has been taken by DH then I will disconnect as there is no point to continue with D2H if I am not getting service.

Reg Service Charges One of the pathetic customer servuce
It is to bring to your notice that I am subscriber of Videocon D2H from
pasy 10 year, We had shifted recently to new
location on 26 Feb and we had and also had recharged for long time
recharge
of 3 months which I got 15 days additionally. On 06/04/2020 my account
balance was Rs.800.63 Recently on 21st Apr 2020 suddenly channels were
not
visible and it was showing NO SIGNAL So I called Customer Care where I
had
given service charge of Rs.200 in hand after repairing and also my
account
had been deducted Rs.200 . But I didn't notice end date of subscription
and
amount before. That time I noticed my account balance was Rs.480 approx.
Again on 25th Apr 2020, I had faced same problem which I had informed to
Customer Care. They had said that they will rectify without service
charge
as complaint was not completed even a weeks time . From that day
onwards,
daily on or other technician is calling and saying service will be
levied.
But I addressed them that the complaint was got fault within 4 days and
even Customer Care had said it will be free of service charge. On
02/05/2020,
ie., 2nd May 2020, again I called customer care and said what was
happened.
She asked for the technician no. which I had provided. after few
minutes a technician
came and repaired it. But this time before itself I had noted the End of
Subscription date and amount. End of Subscription was on 03/06/2020 and
amount was approx Rs.480.
After technician left without any information, I was surprised to
see that even though it was free of service charge my account balance
was
deducted and my End of Subscription Date was reduced. After repairing my
account balance is Rs.252.95 and My end of subscription date is
20/05/2020
after losing 10 days for complaint without watching / using services.
Is this the way a Long time Subscriber been looted and cheated ? Why
are you doing such cheating Instead you can say that it cannot be done.
We
will disconnect your Services and look for other subscribers instead of
paying more amount of service charges than recharge amount even after
Customer Care had said. I had paid Rs. 200 in hand and Rs.400 deducted
from
my account. I had once again given complaint today where she said it
takes
24 hours time for reply.Later one Customer service guy called and said we are taking reverse reference and complaint please say your message code which had come. After sating he said please don't give again complaint we will refunded But till now my complaint had not resolved. And my end of subscription date is nearing. Yesterday when I called customer care Again, But this time U am totally upset will the way they said. They said due to covid 19. We cannot refund now, after lockdown only you call again we may or may not refund.

1.Worst d2h service
2.Worst and unmannered and highly irresponsible call centre staff ,no way they know how to talk and resolve problems of consumer or customer.
3.company stopped my services automatically on 22-4-20 and demands 5 RS. To resechudle that service. Mode of payment was suspicious to be think about economical cyber crime.
4. Call centre call back with different private no. Which are not seems to be authentical service for single problem of the customer.
5. Never pick customer call on first dialling and call back the customer after sometime within non registered other private no. And cut the call after short time of duration.
6. After sometime another private no. Calls and relisten the problem but cut the phone in same manner.
7. At the time of payment they demands unnecessary details about bank ,card no . Etc etc . Which is doubtful again to customer.
8. Never wants to recommend anyone to take service of Videocon d2h.

My STB was working till the end of the recharge an after that there was E-16/4 error. And the i call customer care don't talk to us. Very worst customer care support. Vediocon bad service for customer care and language selection. Only hindi language applicable don't select tamil language why sales in tamilnadu.

It's been 15 days that I recharged my d2h account.. till today I am not able to access any channel. I tried to reach the customer care but their response is rude.. and no one even trying to understand the problem.. they said they restarted the service and wait for 10 mins .. but nothing happened. When I ask any customer service representative to transfer the call to any senior or supervisor they are simply disconnecting the call. One of the rep told me to schedule engineer visit.. I am sure I don't have any hardware problem not sure still why I need to have that visit just to start the service.. worst ..

We took a videocon connection in June 2019. In the 1st week of August,we started facing issue with original remote control,it stopped sensing the D2H. we were told that it will cost 275 for changing the remote control. When the Videocon engineer visited and checked,he just repaired the original remote and took his visiting charge 200 Rs. That time we asked him to give us the mew remote also but he Refused again and again. he said i will have to pair the remote again anyway. So we didnt ask for the new remote.Now again we started facing this issue within 1 week only, and it is giving us the same old issue. Now again Videocon customer care will take 275 Rs. for the new remote. My question is why there is no warranty of remote control and why customer should bear the same cost again if the issue has occured within 2 months. There should be a fixed timeline that customer will not have to pay the cost if it is giving issue within 1 year...Is there any guarantee that this time I will pay the amount and it will not give me any issue within 2 days? Now we understood This engineer came to our house deliberately refused to give the 2nd remote so that he can get extra 200 Rs. next time. Just disgusting. I dont know if this complain has any effect on videcon customer care,just wanted to tell everyone to be careful of such scandals to earn money in form of visiting charges.

My setup box was working till the end of the racharge an after that there was error(signal not available) an then i call customer care to ask for engineer on 7/06/19 and he came an told its not working and he even doesn't know what happened to d2h?? He was asking me then get off from my house next day i call customer care again an they said engineer would provide within 48 hrs after two days i call again they said engineer will be provided within working 8hrs and today its 17/07/19 (actually i have recharged also on 7/06/19) u can check out im serious my id:one,seven,eight,six,eight,two,seven,two,six.d2h service fucked up

This is regarding E04-4 smart card not inserted properly issue.
Yesterday our Videocon D2h services are working fine at 10:30 AM but all of suddenly some updates was happened and rebooted the device after rebooting the D2h box so getting the E04-4 error and immediately called your team to fix the issue and followed basic troubleshooting steps as per your team suggestion but it was not fixed.
Could you please help us to fix the (E04-4 smart card not inserted properly issue) issue which cause of updates.

They don't have any solution for this problem.. Videocon D2H is doing this intentionally just for money.... Everytime they said for engineer visit and ask for vist charge... Every month we are facing this issue..
Services are very bad and also customer care executives are also very rude... They disconnect our call if we asked to forward this call to manager....

Worst Customer Care Service, Worst website ever
I am highly disappointed with Videocon D2h Service, Customer Service and its Website . In my opinion all are useless for a user who has any query or concern regarding using the service because I really don't think you are any longer interested in entertaining your existing customers.
Let me note down all the issues so that you can understand what makes me frustrated using your service.
1) You have an amazing website which doesn't allow its registered customer to login even if your userid and password is correct. I may take a chance to think once that may be i entered something wrong and try resetting password. What is more amazing is the password which you sent on registered mobile also doesn't allow you to login. So from last one month i am trying resetting my password and login to my account but i am not able to login to select my pack. All thanks to you!
2) My services are disconnected from 2 weeks but since i can't login i can't choose my pack hence can't recharge also.
3) Now let's come to your Customer Service which is more interesting. You have a dedicated customer care executives who didn't pick call in last 2 weeks once even if i kept my phone on line for hours and hours everyday. Today may be I have done some good deeds after a hour of wait my call was picked and guess what a Malyalam help desk which again promised me to transfer my call to Hindi/ English speaking Help desk and after hours of wait it was not entertained.

Videocon D2h subcribed channels not coming from last 15 days and support team is telling check after 10 minutes from last 10 days. Executive visited home on 5th June and dont know what he did and he told us one part is gone (LMB device)

I had a Videocon DDB TV and have had to move to a different TV which doesn't support DDB. How will I get my customer Id transferred from the DDB smart card to a new Videocon Set top box? Since I have balance pending in the old account, I want to use it. Please help - Ajay

I tried connecting with your customer care but your IVR is not giving any option to reach them. Your signal quality is getting worst and your customer service too. You became worst service provider from one of the best service provider. Why do not you help yourself first and then concentrate on providing good customer service and entertainment too? Or else do one thing just shut down your dishtv and applogies with all your customers for not providing what you promised and stop wasting people’s money and stop ruining their mood too when they want a good entertainment using your services.
I would be highly obelised if you can provide any solution, either provide a good service quality or just shutdown your D2H.

Very shitty service. I've never seen any worse service like Videocon d2h customer service in my whole life. They don't answer phone, they don't call back even they provide this feature. They don't do anything at all. Rascals. My d2h is not loading after 60% and then the screen freezes. It's been happening since 3 days and they haven't even registered my complaint because the fucking customer care couldn't connect.

I have changed my pack as per new TRIA rules but my channels aren't activated and I am deeply frustrated by the kind of response I get from consumer service. Its highly unavailable to consumers , don't call it a consumer service . Plus there is no provision to lodge a complaint on your website , like before submitting a complaint I got to enter a captcha that's not human readable .

I am trying to add a new channel into my package. I logged in d2h infinity mobile app but it was very annoying to say that your app is full of bugs. I tried to login , entered the OTP and clicked login but the window is repeating i.e, again login window is coming. I is also same with the website. The login window is repeating. As a user we cannot now add our favorite channels. I felt stopping this service...

I have wrongly deactivated Ala curt chanel few days ago. I try to talk and mail for disconnecting this channel. But nobody control it.
