Grievance/Complaints
- In case of any complaint or query firstly contact toll free number or email at fblnetcsupport [at] federalbank [dot] co.
- You can also raise the queries through Customer Login>> Enter your mobile number and OTP >> Complaint Management>>Dispute Portal
- If your FASTag lost/Stolen Or complaint is regarding of any incorrect amount debit, call at Federal Bank Call Centre number 1800 266 9520 to register your complaint and also can register your complaint at Federal Bank.
- Within 7 days of tag cancellation request and the refund will be processed to the bank account within 14 days.
NHAI/IHMCL/MORTH has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing NETC FASTag complaints related to Toll Plaza. You can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues:
- Stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even through Tag is not blacklisted.
- Plaza not accepting FASTag
- Plaza is not able to read the Tag
- Plaza is not supporting for monthly pass issuance.
- Any other applicable issue for FASTag.
In case of harassment/misconduct/discourteous/rude behavior of toll collection staff :
