Total irresponsible behavior of LG. Purchased split AC on 24th April 11 but after few days my Ac Air swing flap stopped working. I call to service engineer , he visit to my home & brought flap with himself taht defective air swing flap.But till date i.e 12th July 11 new parts not recieved & fitted in my AC. Number of times contacted to the Area customer officer (Ph. No.- 07566660842), Indore is not recieveing my phone from last 2 days and on no. 18001809999, every time response getting is -- "will be done within next 24 hrs" & customer care not giving any complaint number. Will LG fix the responsibility and get the AC repair immediately otherwise I will go to consumer forum within 4 days & highlight on popular news channels.

My TV PCB board had problem and is been taken for repair since two weeks.
It is still not repaired and returned despite calling everyday thrice to the local service engineer.
Same was escalated to CC and they furbished me with a new RNA No- RNA110624081824.
Finally yesterday, CC provided me a escalation number of some Lata kombil 9820871195, who i called up thrice but didnt pick up the phone.
I have bought another TV LG LED version 6 months back and am starting to seriously regret the deal, as with this type of post sales support i should have opted for some other brand.

This is our second reminder toyour office. after 20 days of our complaint one of your dealer service people came here to attend the problem. My AMC got over on 11-6-2011.After so many reminder calls your employees are not responding and we forced to send emails to your office. He said your AMC is lapsed, so have to pay for service. I like to continue my AMC, right now I am ready to pay for AMC. He said you have to pay Rs.1100/- to fill the gas one day before. Next day we will come for filling and attend your problem.
We never thought LG people are also cheating their own customers in this way. You can very well check up my regulaorities against your product. From last 5 years I am in AMC. Because of your people negligence only it got delayed.
We appriciate immidiate action from your side.

Services required for shifting my AC's

we have purchased one no of LG 2.0 tn split air condition in the month of June 2011. we have installed the same without any problem, but our remote in not working properly. I logged a complaint and gave the all address and contact number. then they called me to know the exact location when i said our factory address the was stunned and told they have a different address at minto park. when i requested them to rectify the address and send somebody to our said address they told this not their job. they also told they will cancel our call and asked me to logged a complaint again.

this is a sincerity of the customer care officers of that esteemed company?

I have 3 AC, 2 TV and one washing machine,. I will get rid of them in my next opportunity from LG. I tried reaching LG care and after 2 hours of repeated attempts, on the first instance the line got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me back. On the second instance, the rep, had my address wrong and kept asking for details of my date of purchase etc, while I am on AMC contract with them. I sincerely think I have been fooled with LG and would not only buy any more products from them, but make sure I recommend others to stay away from LG. Poor customer service, and when they take AMC they promise every 3 month service and in the past 15 months after reminders from me they serviced only twice. This is day light robbery.

I was told that the service engineer will contact me within 24 hours. So far no person turned up. My machine is not working for the past 48 hours. I have booked my complaint twice - rna110618056288 and rna110619070280. Please contact me immediately.
