  • Bank's internal resolution time – 4 working days for query, 14 days for requests, 30 days for complaint
  • Resolution time does not include time taken by the customer to provide required information/documentation.
  • If in any case additional time is needed, Bank will inform the customer the reasons for the delay and provide

Report a fraud

Complaint regarding any fraudulent transaction in bank account/wallet or payment related transactions -

  • Call  IVR help desk number 1800120130 or email at reportfraud [at] paytmbank [dot] com .
  • You can report through Paytm app And register his/her complaint on “Report a fraud” category.
  • A ticket number is generated for each complaint, which would enable to track status.
  • It will take 2 working days from app and from Bank's internal resolution time – 30 working days.

Unable to make any bank transaction through Paytm wallet

Dear Paytm customer care team,

I would like to bring your attention towards some of the technical problems I have been facing for a quiet some time. I am able to add money in my Paytm wallet but when I make the payment, Paytm wallet option is not available to make my Paytm. For instance, I made a credit card Paytm of one of relatives so added my money in Paytm wallet through my relative bank account but when I wanted to make the payment of credit bill, I was unable to make the payment through Paytm wallet and have to do the payment by my linked bank account. Similar thing happened when I wanted to make a fee payment of one of the Delhi based Universities, I could not use my Paytm wallet for the payment and had to do through my bank account only as Paytm wallet was not given as an option. Also at this moment, I am absolutely unable to make any payment to any bank account (even my own bank account) through my Paytm wallet. I would be extremely grateful of you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Paytm bank keeps Fraudster account in Paytm bank

A fraudster did fraud transaction of Rs 5000/-. He does fraud with people hacking phone and bank details. They people give add on google using keyword Animal helpline numbers Delhi.
Even in the record of Paytm bank has also not his personal details like his name and contact number and so on when I check with the help of Paytm worker This is really bad for the Paytm bank users.
Requesting you to freeze his Paytm bank account. A FIR also has been registered in this regards against fraudster.
If you do not believe on it so you write me back on mail to know the written proofs
