i have ordered product from Club Factory for the 1st time and it is a worst experience with Club Factory.

My Order No. is S089361934, it is showing delivered in Tracking information but i have not received it. i have raised this issue to Club Factory Customer care but they simple provided my their courier company details and ask me to speak to them, now i m following up their courier company on this but not getting any response from them also.

Good Day. You have all good products, but i see there is delay in your deliveries, it takes months to get delivery.

Your team needs to work on the delivery lead time. You can compare yourself with Amazon, Flipkart on your product, quality but i think your customer connect and your Customer Support team should be trained on interactions with Customer, status of the product ordered, and a clear view about the organizations commitment.

FRAUDSTERS

I had placed an order for a sling bag, wallet and a hand band. The products were of sub standard quality, the product which i ordered was different from that i had placed an order. I immediately placed a request for return almost a week ago, am yet to receive any acknowledgement for the same nor their customer care line is ever answered. they are a bunch of fraudsters, be-aware before you shop in their portal. Hi,

This is for the order number SO50574738. I place a return request on 9th Oct and the product got picked up by 11th Oct. Its been more than 15 days I have not received the refund. I have not even heard from them about the status. The app doesn't even show that the products have been picked up. To top it, the customer care number is perpetually busy an the online chat takes 30 minutes to reply to a single question.
