I want to return my order but have not received any response from the customer support of club factory. They delivered pathetic cloths, very bad material,no one can ever gonna wear it. And now when I want to return it then not getting any response from their support team.

Refund money

This is in regard to order no. order SO23719807
I have placed an order today i.e. 27th May 2018.I have paide for this order online through Net banking of amount Rs 1435.88 . This amount gets debited from my account and i have received no confirmation from your end regarding products purchased.It is such a disappointment to note that you are providing such a bad services.I want refund of my money or will take legal action against this issue.

I am also going through the same siatuation where the item has been returned one month ago and still not received the refund.
Think that they are the big time cheater in the online industry ,contacted their customer care and they have no idea about this case and they are not at all help to help.

very bad experience with club factory.Delivers 3rd class product which is totally different from the product images shown on the app.There is no support response to solve your issue.
we have to courier the product to the return centre on our own which makes buying products on club factory more worthless.
