With reference to above subject I am writing this mail regarding Railway counter reservation ticket booking system at Mumbai Bandra Terminus .From last two months at Mumbai Bandra Terminus Railway counter reservation tickets of four Months opening, Tatkal sleeper ,Tatkal AC were daily easily booked by Ticket dalal with help of RPF staffs .At Bandra Terminus if you want get counter reservation ticket of four Months opening, Tatkal sleeper ,Tatkal AC reservation ,you have to stand in three different queue of four Months opening, Tatkal sleeper ,Tatkal AC reservation prier to one day of booking ,then at 11.00 am in morning RPF Staff will take camera photo of those people who are standing in three different queue .Same day in the night at 10.00 pm RAF Staff will make number wise entry in their register of those people who were there in queue in their camera photo taken at 11.00 am in the morning .then next booking date people will stand in queue as per RPF staff register entry of their name at reservation ticket counter at 8.00 AM . What local ticket dalal is doing daily keeping his one man in the night in three different queue for 4 Months opening, Tatkal sleeper ,Tatkal AC reservation ,when at morning at 11.00 am when RPF Staff take camera photo ,there is always daily this dalal men’s face in camera photo in standing in 1st number in the queue as there is only three reservation ticket counters window at Bandra Terminus ,So this dalal men daily easily getting confirm Railway counter reservation ticket of four Months opening, Tatkal sleeper ,Tatkal AC ,others people standing 2nd number in queue will get waiting tickets, as only first three people standing in three different queue will get confirm reservation tickets .Same tickets this dalal men’s are daily selling at black price to other passengers .There is local six to seven men’s of doing this openly black ticket business including dalal leader Bablu , local two rickshawala ,one street Cloth seller , Anand cloth store seller at J.P.Raod . All RPF Staff knows this dalal men’s black ticket business but they have not taking any action against this but they are helping them in this business .If you checked daily camera photos taken by RPF Staff at11.00 am in the morning & CCTV Camera at Bandra terminus, you will see daily this dalal men’s photos from last two months . I have witness of this when I was standing in queue for counter ticket reservation in last two months. This dalal men’s black tickets business has damaged Railway’s name, So before anything more Railways name damage please take action against this of your in site & out site people

Rajdhani Turing into worst train to travel
I’m travelling by Rajdhani 12434
Coach: Highly dirty, don’t even feel like stepping in it’s so unhygienic, I had to request the attendants to cleaning it paying 10k for the tickets
Food: They served uncooked rotis and salt less dal
Toilet: Stinking and completely blocked. I had to call the attendants to clean it every time as the entire coach is stinking.
And the best part is I’m requesting the attendants to get it cleaned and they are like it’s not our fault it’s the fault of Indian Railways that they are not getting the coaches upgraded.
Not sure who is to help me with this but I lost 10K travel by this train.
Duronto and Garibrath are far better trains as compared to this one.
Vande Bharat food - stale smell ( Bangalore to Hyderabad)
I am travelling to Hyderabad in vande Bharat from Bangalore. Dry vegetable which was served on this train today had a stale smell and the person who was serving denied it whereas even co passengers admitted that food smelt stale.

Some people came and sat on my seat, I let him sit but after the inconvenience caused to me, when I asked him to please go and sit somewhere else, he is refusing to go, I think maybe he has a general ticket and He came and sit on my seat in the sleeper coach.
Complaint against Railway management
Currently i am traveling from Patiala to delhi through 14508 train . After Ambala station my sleeper seats are converted as general seats because no management was there. Lots of people gets in the train without any tickets. because they even know noone will ask them for the same. I am having 2 confirm sets still my seat is rushed with 5-6 persons. Very Bad facility in First Ac of kumbh express

I m traveling in 1st class in 12369 kumbh express, cabin and coach is very old, but it is private cabin so no problem for this, but bathroom too much dirty, flush not working, no water in washroom, no cleaning. Too much smell in wash room and others area, no wash besin out side of washroom, just for hand wash we have to go in washroom there no water.

No water in toilets
I am travelling in Howrah Hyderabad East coast express A2 coach. After paying a good amount for Second AC there is no water in the flush tanks. The tap water is available but no flush has water. How does the railway expect the people to travel. People are forced to use the toilet without water. There is still a half day left to reach Hyderabad. How should we manage in the morning when all will be using toilets in full flow without the flush tanks not working?

The pay and use toilet near platform no.17 is charging Rs.5 from every person using the urinal while as per the price chart displayed there, the urinal service is free.
I also tried to communicate with the RPF at the enterance but he couldn't help me.
Kindly look into this asap and do the needful as the people working there are behaving like goons for the money saying, "jisko bolna hai bol de" which is a question mark on the credibility of railway station management and also the law and order.

Hi,i am travelling from bhuj dadar exp. 16 may 3.39 train no 20907, S5 cabin berth 1 and 4 .
With us one family is also travelling having 6 kids with them. Making so much nuisance in train , shouting like seating in their home. When i ask them to reduce the noise as its.distrubing they replied we will.not reduce ,, will remain same , as if u have prob change ur seat. And one of them talks very irrespectibly and male of this family was seating without shirt in public and using abusive language with family. I hope this kind of passenger related issues who r disturbing to others without any shame can be solved in travelling . There should be a kind of process to take.care of.this. ..

Disturbance due to unreserved passengers in reserved compartment
While traveling from Chennai Egmore to Madurai on 18.2.2023 by VAIGAI Express (S8) some of the unreserved passengers were travelling in the reservation compartment and do mischievous behaviour to the reserved passengers. There were no RPF or State Railway Police to control them.
Administrative authorities should take steps to control these things.

LOCO PILOT MISTAKE
My mother was travelling from Kanpur to Pune and I came to station for dropping her out . The train name and number is Lucknow Pune Express(11408) ,DATE-29/12/2022,TIMING-8:20AM-8:30AM. Ijust want to say the train speed on the platform was beyond limit..I got badly injured due to high speed of the train and apart from it 4 other people also got injured due to loco pilot mistake. One of them got head injury and because of which he suffered seizure.Their was a incharge at the back side of train compartment whose was waving flag his name is Mukesh Jhargripa (jhasi) and one rpf was also there but he also did not take any action

The AC train has nt and it is nt allowing to cancel the ticket as the train time has passed. I am nt able to cancel the ticket and the person seating at the counter said it cant be done as the time has passed. It is nt fair as the train has not arrived.

I had tough time to get into coach while the train stopped in Pune. The coach(es) were so full and had bitter experience in getting into it. The ordeal not stopped there. There were around 5-6 passengers sitting on every berth including upper which pose severe safety to all passengers.
There was no sight of TC or other enforcement from Railways to check the occupancy. I managed to sit at corner like 6th passenger on lower berth. The compartment was very noisy and not able to move my legs as every corner is either with a passenger or luggage spread. Women passengers had a tough time to walk to washroom as the area as well occupied with passengers.
I am sure the train is still with the same number of passengers as most of their destination is final point.
Hope railways look into it and enforce such that passengers who reserve tickets can board, seat, travel comfort and alight easily.

I have Seasonal Pass From Bokaro Steel City To Ranchi. When i go for renew that ticket they told me to go and renew it through ATVM machine.
When I complete all process and also complete payment. I get blank Tickets.

Unreserved passengers in reserved
Hi,
I was travelling in Train#22669 ERS PNBE EXP on 2-Oct-2022. I had reservation in SL5 coach from Nellore.
I had tough time to get into coach while the train stopped in Nellore. The coach(es) were so full and had bitter experience in getting into it. The ordeal not stopped there. There were around 5-6 passengers sitting on every berth including upper which pose severe safety to all passengers.
There was no sight of TC or other enforcement from Railways to check the occupancy. I managed to sit at corner like 6th passenger on lower berth. The compartment was very noisy and not able to move my legs as every corner is either with a passenger or luggage spread. Women passengers had a tough time to walk to washroom as the area as well occupied with passengers.
I am sure the train is still with the same number of passengers as most of their destination is final point.
Hope railways look into it and enforce such that passengers who reserve tickets can board, seat, travel comfort and alight easily.

In Sleeper class general ticket caring person are traveling
Sleeper class travelers are facing problem, because of general ticket person are traveling in sleeper class , ticket collector is also helpless in this situation, we argue with TC but he has told us that you have give complaint against them in online portal ,we are requesting u to take care of thos traveler who are traveling without sleeper class ticket,they should be published as soon as possible,and plz don't make sleeper class has a general class , India railway

travelling by 20805 on 17th may . i received a sms by irctc that in your train bedding linen is started . so i didnt carry the same . but while travelling i come to know that it is not available .. so annoyed by train service .. if they not yet started then why they send sms . i will carry it by myself . without bedding it is so difficult to travel .. too worst experience

We are traveling from Mumbai in Fatehpur super fast train, we also said that there is no water in Sir coach but there said that give me some time we will solve issue but not any one solve prob we are travell before 1 days and there is not available water in coach And the train is also running in such a place where there is no water, sir, there is a lot of problem plus help sir
