my product was returned by Radhanpur E-kart hub without informing me. they didn't call me. this type of issue happened two times in a last 15 days.

Very bad ekart business this is full fraud company . Because i was order dress in 1000 rs. From ekart but with regerts i get 2 different useless clothes on Saturday 21/5/2022. I want to return this order

My order was not delivered as I was not available when delivery boy came.So I shared my OTP and told him to deliver my product at reception of my hotel.But no order is delivered there, and when I returned from office I try to call him back but he blocked my number.

Can I please get the delivery boy number so that I can ask him where he delivered my product before taking any action.

I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor courier service of your company.it was supposed to get my item today which I placed from Flipkart.

The delivery person has call me this morning to inform that they received my parcel,same time the person said item will deliver today but they will open because my parcel came in crate so they were claiming that the crate should be returned to flipkart otherwise flipkart will charge rupees 850 from them for the missing crate.

I have called flipcart customer service multiple times and had conversation with them.as of now they don’t have such protocols.same time they told if its in crate ,then item is for the customer,flipkart never charge a single penny for the missing crate from logistic team.

Actually the price of my item was 721.but the hub in-charge was demanding to pay 721+ crate charge 850.and the behavior of the incharge was very rude.when i asked him that why are you trying to open my parcel and do u need the crate ??
He replied he is going to cook rice in it!!!

Is it the Right way to deal with the customer??

As per flipkart the crate is for me,but logistic team is not delivering.they have canceled the order from their side without my knowledge.

From morning 10 am i was waiting with my 11 month old baby at the town to get my item.later by 2 pm they said the item can’t be delivered.
I went back home,again they called me to come to town by 4pm ,i waited with my bab untill 6 pm nobody called me or delivered the item ,I tried calling them 37 times!!and they didn’t picked the call.

This is not the first time, they have delivered my parcel opened before multiple times.

Totally i am disappointed with the service ,i am waiting for my parcel and i hope necessary actions will be done from your side

The delivery boys visited my place on dt 18/01/22 and 19/01/22 and denied to pick up damaged supplied items and did not deliver the replacement item vide tracking ID FMPP1044885206 ( this incident happened twice for the same item during this month only ) and order rejected falsely saying that the items was not accepted during delivery and is being returned to the seller. I have raised the my concern with the Flipcart and assured that delevery boy can not deny to deliver the item. I am still awaiting for this items. I have doubt about the intigrity and ohnesty of the delevery boy. I am requesting that E Kart may developed some SOP such that customer should not face any dificulty for placing the order and getting their order smoothly.

When will my order came

Today in the morning, that is on 5/12/2021, I received an SMS from ekart that your return pickup against product ID FMPR0238526275 will be done. But in the evening I have received another SMS that pickup could not be done as your address is not traceable.
I am surprised to see this SMS since the same product was delivered yesterday by ekart person.
