I have an order from Flipkart and Docket No. FMPP1047936368 which was supposed to deliver yesterday , Jan 21st, 2022. The order reached at nearest ekart logistics hub on Morning Jan , 20th, 2022 but nobody contacted me and I have no update on it. Please help me to get the delivery agent number or ekart logistics office number for the below Order number.
Not deliver my Replacement infinix Note 11
The delivery boys visited my place on dt 18/01/22 and 19/01/22 and denied to pick up damaged supplied items and did not deliver the replacement item vide tracking ID FMPP1044885206 ( this incident happened twice for the same item during this month only ) and order rejected falsely saying that the items was not accepted during delivery and is being returned to the seller. I have raised the my concern with the Flipcart and assured that delevery boy can not deny to deliver the item. I am still awaiting for this items. I have doubt about the intigrity and ohnesty of the delevery boy. I am requesting that E Kart may developed some SOP such that customer should not face any dificulty for placing the order and getting their order smoothly.

Today in the morning, that is on 5/12/2021, I received an SMS from ekart that your return pickup against product ID FMPR0238526275 will be done. But in the evening I have received another SMS that pickup could not be done as your address is not traceable.

TODAY I RECEIVED PARCEL CHANGING THAILY AND MY LABLE WAS SCANED AND PRINTED ON NORMAL PAPER AND PUT IN POD JACKET AND WRONG PRODUCT SENT TO MY IN THIS PARCEL.
