I had ordered DJI mini drone and today I got received wrong product. I am trying to connect with them but it is not going to happen

two day before i get call for my order, which i placed from myntra. , they gave the otp for my two order but delivery agent just gave me only one product, when i ask me about my second product then he told me that i don't have the 2nd product. But when i check my 2nd order status then its marked as delivered. How is it possible, i thought is ekart delivery agent fault. I want explanation

I had an order and supposed to be delivered on 6th Nov. Delivery agent called and I happened tobe out of station. So i requested to deliver afternoon or next day or I will collect from their office. He said share to OTP from ekart and i shared. The bloody agent have initiated order cancellation from his side and OTP was for that. What a stupid attitude that if i am unavailable to collect the parcel in the very moment they calls, then order is cancelled
Such stupid attitude is extremely unprofessional

Manager of EKART DEGANA stated rupess 2600 for exchange of phone but in invoice i found it 3600
Charged Rs981 without any reason
Just the fraud he had done......

They said they'll deliver me on 28th Oct, one week has passed,neither the deliver executive is picking call, nor I have received the parcel yet. Always saying that parcel has reached your city it will be delivered today ( this thing has been said 5 times) . Now when I am calling them ,they're asking me for mobile.no and pin (the PIN which is to be entered as per given in message) but saying it is not working. What to do???

These are fake all people stating they are from Ekart but I have visited their hub and they mentioned this a fake website and the number these fake people have updated on this fake website is trying toh wipe customer's bank account, they will ask you to activate the order and will ask you to pay 5rs, please don't call any number because there is no direct number to call Ekart as per the update from Ekart hub manager, please don't feed these scamsters

I have ordered one product from amazehive site.this product delivery schedule with ekart.from 20 Oct getting alert for delivery but not received. I tracked that order from ekart site earlier it was showing not delivered due operational issues. After again tracking this now it's showing undelivered due to customer doesn't response.I don't what problem of these guys.
Such pathetic service.this my second incident happened with ekart.
One more happened with me in last year I have ordered glare from Myntra and returned that glare but they haven't marked as return.myntra people also confirm that it is not received.

my parcel not delivered yet ..why and the delivery agent did not pick up my calls.

Since 3 days my courier is out for delivery. And the worst thing is the delivery boy is not picking up my call from last 3 days.

courier person didn’t take my call , sometime he was on another call , sometime he was reject my call after sometime a message recived from EKART Order Rejected: MOTUL 4T Plus with tracking ID FMPC4 1 8 2 0 0 5 4 6 1 was not accepted during delivery by Ekart. For reattempt

I have not received my product. But the status shows that it has been delivered. There is no complaint no of the ekart logistics. What to do now??? My tracking number is FFMP2624152484

Delivery boy is not updated after pickup item he had repite the meny time and he was not expelen the exact problem

My parcel number : FMPP2635360299 was not delivered. The delivery agent called me to get OTP but did not deliver the package.
Is there any action on such people who by nature are scammers and are part of your organisation? Will no action be taken against them?
