My order has been shipped but not delivered I have troubled

This is a biggest Fraud Company, Cheating people by delivering fake and useless products.
I had booked sony Airpods with combo offer, but they have delivered useless headphone which is useless and not has any company name on the product, l paid Rs. 1,600/- for this, its not even a worth of Rs. 200/- also, totally useless product. Complete Loss. Kindly resolve the problem, otherwise I need to lodge complaint and take the necessary action against company.

My tracking id is FMPP0502632184. It is showing dispatched from kolhapur hub since yesterday morning. No update after that. Can you please tell where exactly the order is and how much more time will it take to deliver the product. As from kolhapur my location is just 2 hrs away. Its really taken too much time. And still we are waiting...waiting and waiting as no live tracking update is provided.

I had courier 1 rakhi par le to Nerul sector 4 which is local courier, which I had done on 19th July till date it is not received.
It should take 3 to 4 days but today 29 July after 1p days also it is showing that it is lying in Bhiwandi.
